Received order quickly. Placed a second order of rear slide brackets and received quickly. Haven't installed them yet.
My old hinges stopped working. The cabinet doors wouldn't stay shut. These new ones were very easy to install, easy to adjust, and now work great.
Ordered a pocket door track and hardware kit track was bent in transit. Reported damaged part sent a few pictures and they replaced item with no hassles. Their response time was excellent. Quality of the products I have gotten from here is top notch. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely continue to order from here and they are on my recommend list.
The only problem that I experienced was the condition of the box when it arrived. I looked at the drawer slides individually to check their operation. Only by the grace of god and the heavy duty construction of the Blum slides they appeared to be functioning properly. Will see once the drawers are constructed if they operate as they are suppose too.
I found what I needed and ordered it. It took 11 days for the parts to get to me. That was OK in this particular project, but it seems like a lot of time for only one small box. By the way, the parts very very nice.
Everything I order came as described and their website is very helpful. I've been doing business with cabinetparts.com for a few years now I'd I've never had an issue & there customer service is excellent.
The part description on the website says this part is 61/4" long. I need a part that's 61/4" long. The part that I received is 5.5" long. In addition. I chose USPS shipping for $2.99. Your changed my choice and charged me $7.95 for shipping and insisted on shipping it UPS.I even canceled this order once thinking that I made a mistake. When I re-ordered. It did the same thing. The receipt I have from you says it was delivered by USPS. But in reality, it was DELIVERED BY UPS. I filled out a form to return it and you want to charge me $8.95 to return it.I spent $17.90 for shipping and I still don't have the part I need. I did call and speak to a nice lady that did agree the site says the overall length is 6 1/4". She had to escalate this issue since she didn't know anything about parts. She also said that I would hear back from someone BY EMAIL in a couple of weeks! It sounds like your website is screwed up and that you hate your customers.You should have the decency to call them when a problem arises and resolve issues in a timely manner. I expect a full refund including shipping.
I ordered soft close hinges and even called and verified they were the right hinges and yet got self closing hinges. Then have to pay shipping and a restocking fee and wait for the reorder to arrive with the the correct hinges. Web sit is not good in that when you click on one size it changes another selection that you made and doesn't warn you that your previous selection has been changed. This is the only thing I can figure may have happened but after I placed the order and called I was given incorrect information on my order.
I tried to look up what shipping address I had used and couldn't but everything arrived as scheduled.
I ordered alot of items. One piece was damaged in shipping and customer service sent out a replacement right away. Thanks

We have quite a number with the same hinges that have plastic parts that fail with age. CabinetParts are just the place to get replacement parts as we need them. Very prompt in shipping and correct parts.

Wish wood screws had been included last first order.
No instructions on setting up from edge I use Kreg jig so I'll just figure it out thought they would of been more sturdier
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
