My experience was very good and the fact that a picture of my hinge allowed them to direct me to the correct items.
It was pretty good except it took a while to get answers to questions for the initial order.

I discovered upon opening the box that the Member/door mount on one side was detached from the unit. The member/door mount was laying loose in the box with 1 screw and the metal piece to hold the unit in the bottom of the box. The screw holes were stripped out. Contacted Chat to bring to your attention. Chat stated they couldn't help and referred to CS who was to contact me within 4 hours or less. 4 hours came and went. No call/email from CS. Next day received email from CS. Not much help.

Associate. I spoke with did a fine job answering my inquiries. Was disappointed to learn that the mixer apparatus did nod include the base as pictured only the hardware. I'm now left with finding a base to attach to make useful and user friendly. Items purchased have not been installed yet but, I hoping they work as desired.

When I followed instructions (after ordering the wrong parts) it was easy and fast. I got the right parts, installed them without problem. They reacted immediately to the "wrong ordered parts" with credit.
