Experience was good however I received only one half of the hinge I purchased. I anticipated receiving the whole hinge based on the photo I saw. I was able to use the good half of my old hinge so I did not seek customer service.

The item is quality. The only problem I have is that it does not just "fit" into the pantry pull out. It does come with installation instructions which require the removal of the outside panel. I just assumed it would drop into place without such a hassle. Perhaps when my husband gets around to "installing" the part I will give it a 5 star. Suggest this information be part of the description.
