I ordered 2 lid organizers but by the time I matched up all my pans, I only needed one. When I called to get an authorization # the manager was very rude! I told him I was not even home when the professional cabinet installer put them in & that I only needed one but saw on site " everything must be in original package " I had all packaging, it had been put in only the day before & he said I may not get my money back b/c the packaging had been opened!
I expressed my dissatisfaction & he said I was angry & combative! He was the WORST customer service representative I have EVER dealt with & I will NEVER buy from your website again & I will go online & tell everyone I know your return policy is ridiculous, BUYER BE WARE!
