I am so upset with your company. I signed up my daughter for a trial class and then as she is signing on, you tell her that I have to pay for classes in advance if she wants to take a free trial class. What awful business practices, she was excited to try and now I will never come back to you. With so many companies doing these online classes, you need to find a way to stand out in a good way, not like this. I don't know anyone that would blindly sign up their kids for something they know nothing about. Shame on you!

Everytime I try to get customer support I feel like I am talking to a complete idiot! Firstly, they do not understand the issues being raised and they just keep sending standard scripted replies. I've asked for reschedule which on their website they say we can reschedule to another day. A stupid support agent called me and told me that the classes need to be rescheduled the same day.
Previous technical issues on their end ate up 25% of my daughter's class credits and went on for a couple of months. Due to time difference, I specifically told them a time and number to call to troubleshoot the problem. But because they are idiots, they call while we are having dinner or while we are sleeping at night. The conversation just goes round and round without achieving anything.
The teacher was great though, my daughter loves her. The rest of the team is total crap!

It is a total scam. We paid the class fee after being sold on the easy scheduling and professionalism. First their accounting department wanted to have me sign and pay a bill that mentioned I owed three times the price they were selling the classes for. It took two hours to fix. Then, when scheduling time came I realized there were no class available. I can't even imagine the professionalism of the teachers if even their scheduling platform is a total mess and their customer service is non existent.
They have not answered the phone, their online chat, their support email or any whatsapp message I have been sending.
We have enrolled in several online classes over the past two years in different coding schools and other subjects through other companies and have never witness such a lack of professionalism.
DONT FALL FOR IT! Save yourself from a headache and DO NOT BUY BYJU'S Programs.

Do NOT fall for this. Definitely scammers. "Instructors" have choppy English, they will at some point attempt to gain access to the pc. The positive reviews are done by paid review writers, and are SO overstated that it's obvious they are not real. Please please please find another option. And do your homework on these subjects before falling into the trap!

We expressed interest in this company about a year ago. Decided it wasn't for us and they DO NOT take NO for answer. I've politely asked them to be removed from their mailing, calling, texting and contact list all together. They not only call all day long, they leave unlimited text messages and emails. They will continue to try to force this down your throat. I'm attaching the one from today but have a whole call log. Image trying to cancel a plan with this company. Do not do it…. RUN!

I did get my kid enrolled into Byju's after several demo sessions to ensure that we have the right teacher. I specifically told them that we would like to stick on to the same for the course. Of course, it's my bad to think that they would listen; they abruptly cancelled all my kid's classes and no contact for a week. After a week, i get assigned a new teacher and was asked to re enroll to the classes. No consultation/notification to the parents, they just make a decision and implement it. When asked about it, they started to Lie; not just one person (i talked to 9 members). Different Lies, not even consistent at all.
In the end, they say that it is a business decision and we don't have a say on it. Agreed, but it's my kid and they don't give a damn about the kids.

I would never trust them.

Good luck getting anyone to answer a call or reply to a chat.
Especially if you want to refund what you've paid.
Can't understand the "instructors " and my son has learned more at local community course for $100

They hit me for $289 each month and will not answer ANY messages about refunds.
It is my opinion this place is nothing but a scam.

Scam! They will keep charging you after you finish your set of classes. When you want to cancel they will just keep sending you different phone numbers and emails and won't do anything helpful

The instructors were extreeeemly reacist towards me and my sons religon. We worship the minecaraft gods and mh hson was paying tirbute to th em during the class, but they then canceleed his meetning after he started his ritual! 1! i calle dbakc to reschedule his free course and they did nto have any openeneings on june 32nd?

You might thikn that this was the end of it, but nOOOOOO! They then used an IP grabber to steal my IP, find my location with they're INSANE geaoguesser skillz, and found me at my OWN HOUSE! Thye then planted 11 bags of COCAIEN on my person, causing me to later be arrested and charged with 11 COUNTS of possession of cocaien. Proof of my arrest can be seen in the attached image. WHTA TJHE FRUCK BRO!?!?!?!?!?

I recently enrolled my son in BYJU'S classes and we have been extremely happy with the program. The classes are well-organized and the instructors are very knowledgeable. My son is learning a lot and he is really enjoying the classes. I would highly recommend BYJU'S classes to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, affordable educational program. When it comes to finding the right learning tools and resources for our kids, we want nothing but the best. BYJU'S is one such platform that has been trusted by parents which reflects in the positive BYJU'S reviews by parents on the internet..

I always knew that I wanted to pursue my career in medicine. Though I had my worries, after joining AkashBYJU'S, I found a solution to all my worries. I have access to the topmost and most premium quality education from the best educators in the country. Due to its feature of pre-recorded classes, I could avail the lectures whenever convenient. Even the most difficult topics were explained and taught by the teachers in the simplest way possible. When I had doubts, I could ask the teacher for help without any hesitation because they were extremely friendly. AkashBYJU'S helped me rekindle my love for the subject and attain my goals.

Very rude to my 12 year old daughter and dismissive. Instructor wanted to end the session after 2 mins as she was "having issues" then a man jumped on for "help" and I could hear him instructing my daughter to allow them access to her laptop via the security settings. I told her to end the session immediately, especially as they kept asking if it was her private computer and wanted info about it. They called 5 times straight after and I wouldn't answer. Cant believe i fell for some dumb ad on Facebook. Appears as a complete scam. Would help if the instructor spoke fluent English, my child couldn't understand her at all.

I really liked this coding course and my instructor was very kind and patient with me. I had lots of fun and was told that I was very good at this, however my only problem was the cost. I would be giving this 4.5 stars but unfortunately you can't give. 5 on this website. I am excited to continue this and hope it ends well.

Expensive and no worth of your money. Do not invest on this. Apparently they give themselves good reviews.

This company did not offer a 60 minutes free trial in coding Roblox as they had advertised - it was 10 minutes with a person struggled with English. I gave written feedback and yet they continue to call and persuade me to purchase their classes. They are crooks.

I have bought a pack of 10 classes for my son. I can tell that classes content is very good, and we finished 4 out of 10 classes so far.

However, what puts me off is agressive and instusive constant phone calls from various people, totally unaware who and why already called me previously. Some calls are totally pointless and take unnecessary time.

First, three different people called me just for the introduction and Q&A. Every call was at most inappropriate time, where it was clear ot the caller that I'm either driving or shopping or working or just in the middle of something and clearly not in the position to answer trivial quetions or just mundane stuff. Despite this, they kept reading out their lengthy scripts to me.
It is just a bunch of classes and not a rocket science. One welcome call is just enough - customers will appreciate simplicity and straight to the point short messages. They specifically asked the best timing for me to be contacted, down to the precision to 15 mins plus minus, and they were very meticulous about it. I thought that after going through this calls they will leaving me alone. SILLY ME.
However, what happened next is a bit of a nightmare. I started receiving phone calls at random times, like Sat and Sun night or during working hours or a dinner times. Clearly not the hours I indicated.
After 3rd class they started pushing through some offers for buyng 48 classes more! A lady told me she secured 'good offer' with her manager's approval which was very hard to do, etc, etc. However, after that another guy called me and offered even better price, which clearlly did not require any manager's approval. And then the third person offers the lowest price plus amazon vouchers.
I told them from the beginning that at this specific month I am not able to afford running out of cash and committing for so long time ahead. I am moving house and my son is moving school. We only finished 3 classes out of 10, and we want to enjoy the program as it goes, without being forced to buy more of it when we have not yet property got into programming. They called duging meeting hours, and I messaged back to call me after 45 mins, and despite this they still kept calling one call after another, which is very embarrassing at work as my phone kept buzzing. I complained and asked to place my account on DND. Which they said they did.
Despite this last Sunday night a person kept calling me one call after another at 6 pm when we had Halloween party. I answered and said I am not able to discuss anything right now (they normally take time to talk to, not able to make calls brief). And after that a person still called and tried to push some great offer down my throat. This is all very frustrating and confusing, and I begin loosing trust.
