Avoid this company at all cost.
Please do not fall for the scam. They promise you referral vouchers for referring other children but do not send them. I reffered 3 children but still waiting for the vouchers. I have raised this issue several times to the support team and management team but to no avail. Every time they either say sorry for the delay but never send anything or refuse to accept that you reffered the child. Please do not fall for the scam

I paid for art and video animation for my daughter, the teacher never attended the class but they always deducted the credit. Very fraudulent people

I am very disappointed with the poor service from Byjus school.I registered for my two son coding class.But each of them must have the different contact information，so my younger son registered in my husband's phone number.But most of the time he is not at home，I can't get the notice before class，so my younger son always miss his lesson.I request for change the contact information to my number，but several month already，they still haven't solve this problem for me.Byjus school only contact me when they need to do the sales.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE your TIME and MONEY with them. They are a bunch of Ignorant people who don't have any clue about teaching and customer service.
Their teachers are kiddish and artificial… absolutely fake advertisement and a total Rubbish. Their teachers sound like a ROBOT.NOT WORTH IT

BYJU's Future School is robbing money from overseas families. I have been following up for my refund since January 2023. No luck. Each time some new person will talk and good for nothing. I asked to hold classes but they failed to hold the classes. Every month classes are lapsing sofar around 50 classes lapsed. USA PARENTS: Don't join your kids to BYJU's. You will repent for your decision.

This is regarding the CANCELLATION of the student program due to being forcibly subscribed and activated without my consent by the agents and representatives. I have sent emails and spoken to more than a dozen representatives and none seem to help. Even my EMI is charged and has started inspite of denying the services since the start.

Byju's team will ask your OTP to check the eligibility of your EMI and con you into their services without the consent and alerting or informing you regarding the program enrollment. I would strongly suggest parents and subscribers to kindly BEWARE of this company's motives and objectives. Their agents and representatives will misguided you into and misinterpret just for personal gains or reaching targets. I have been making repeated calls to follow up with my issue to those responsible but in vain.

After they trapped me into this they don't even feel responsible to see it resolved. They even promised my refund and cancellation would happen within 10 minutes. The finance department representative also spoke harsh words that they cant do much about it. I feel conned and played. It is been around 3 weeks since this drama unfolded I would like want someone to kindly help me out to unsubscribe from these offered services due to their incompetence and unprofessional attitude despite my efforts in denying their service and kindly REFUND me every expense occurred due to this debacle.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY's OFFERS AND SERVICES.

Once my credits run out I will NEVER use this company again.

They took all tuition fees in advance and never returned when i requested, it's hard to reach them unless they contact you, frequently changed teacher, non attendance of teachers, wouldn't recommend anyone.There are lots of local services available, go for those instead of Byjus.They are very tricky and expert about marketing. Once you take a trial class they will make your life hell by frequent ph calls for enrolment and once you paid, you got stucked in their system.

I never write reviews but I wish I had read before I engage with them.
I am writing so I might avoid my case for other people's.
They take your money and literally very quick to call you might think good service but in fact they harass you to take money bit as soon as you ask for refund no one answers and you keep getting the same automated answer someone will contact you within 24 to 48 h which never happens and keep deducting credits.

Bad experience with teaching and scheduling courses, my daughter lost interest and became a hassle so decide to cancel as they tell you refund anytime with no questions.
Lies. They don't stop calling you and ask yu to give a gin a chance and when you insist for a refund,that's it no one is there and totally ignore your refund request.

Byjus's is out to get your money!
Byjus's is not ethically run operations. The teachers are ok. However, the company is just out to get your money. When you book courses they are very pushy and offer gifts cards etc. and use it as a way to show the classes end up being cheaper. They also offer a money back guarantee. Both these are false statements. The gift cards are taken back if we discontinue course so you effective pay rate is substantially high and not what they calculated for you. Plus as another reviewer said the gift cards are not given unless you follow up aggressively. The second point about the money back is also as a result untrue coz you would be thinking you are paying at say 10 usd per class, when we want to cancel they will calculate it as 18 or 24 usd per class used.
Also they do not share proper rules and policies and invent them as you go to make credits expire. So again as a result you are paying more than you were made to think you are paying.
Other concerns, their technical platform is substandard and many times classes have to be stopped midway. There is no way to talk to a live person in that case.

In summary the teachers are just about ok but you are really paying US rates ( not discounted as they are making you believe) and you have to go through a lot of pain due to poor technical platform and poor customer service.
Definitely do not recommend! Save yourself the pain.

My son started learning to code when he was 7 and now he can do simple coding. Very interesting course, I highly recommend Teacher Konwar!

My son joined coding classes and honestly the curriculum seems to be far beyond age limitations.Either your curriculum needs to be simplified or teachers should be trained in such a way that they are able to make kids understand things logically not bookish.
Secondly I paid for 150 classes but I left after 58 classes.wheb you join they tell you the positive things but when it comes to return money they tell you to read contract...in that case they should not verbally say the positive things also they should tell us to read everything in the contract.they gave me $250.00 Amazon voucher and then they took it back as I quit classes before the completion of 150 classes but it was never ever mentioned to us when we joined.
So that's the reason Byjus these days are considered to be a scam.
I will never refer any friends and relatives to Byjus ever.

I ask for refund but they declined and even they take my credits without any reason even they didn't arrange any good teacher for 2 months and totally wasted my time and my daughter's

An instructor Had my son on auto scheduling, she texted me the day of class and i stated clearly that my son won't be able to make any of the scheduled class which she made, she agreed to cancel and never did. And the company still charged us for almost 4months. Do not go here at all.

We had a trial but we decided to wait a year or two because my girl is not ready yet( never touched computer etc) so it was a bit too much for her. Despite of asking them nicely several times that I am not interested they kept sending me different free classes I never subscribed. Calling me at 3-4am I'm the morning how to log in before these classes I never signed up. Had to block them on email,phone, Whatsapp. I don't recommend them, pushy Indian company.

My son (6 yrs old) loves the classes. That's the only positive.

They have tons of technical issues, but most importantly (which they don't tell you) the classes (which they charge for upfront in a lump sum) are "use it or lose it". So if your child is sick, if you have a vacation, etc. you're out of luck. The only response you'll get is, "You can reschedule for the same week". Well... if you're going on vacation, sorry pal. Oh, BTW, they also don't tell you, they're all on India time. So rescheduling the same week, is nearly impossible, AND slots are hyper-limited.

The teachers are great, except they won't let your child use the toilet during the class. Not to mention, you're paying for an hour, but your teacher will show up at least 5 minutes late and leave 10-15 minutes early...

Great School! Great curriculum. Amazing staff! A hidden gem. Truly the school of the future creating leaders for tomorrow. I'm excited for adult classes and more subjects.

I am sick of calling them and no one answers. Yes answered by computer. Previously we could talk to people, no more. May be I am an old client. When they want payment, they will call regularly and very sweet. Now I want to refund for the classes, it has been more than 2 months since I have paid, not one call was scheduled till now. Where is the customer service, Houdini! Not worth, initially they will give lots of attention and after that you are lost in the crowd. Think before you send

BYJU's future school is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Kids cannot understand Indian accent of all teachers. A math teacher texted me to change the booked class schedule just before the scheduled class because she said that the classes were at 1am and 3 am in the early morning in India. Another math teacher cancelled class in the first 5 minutes as she said it was holiday in India. A music teacher finished a class in 20 minutes, although I paid for 60 minutes class. I requested the refund and cancellation several weeks ago, but the BYJU has not cancelled or refunded at all. This is a violation of their company policy of risk-free refund at any time. I called, emailed, chatted everyday, but BYJU only said "we will call you." or "wait for processing" but nothing has processed. Now that I had to dispute credit card companies to get a refund. This is really terrible company.

Won't be using Byju's ever again.
My son wasn't having fun at all. He was crying during the lessons. So I stopped his classes.
They kept trying to give us new teachers but every teacher was hard to understand and my son always felt unhappy and frustrated. He now hates coding. Thanks Byju's.
Byju's say they will refund you any of your unused credits if you cancel.
They also have a reward program where you get a free Amazon gift card up to $400 if you refer a friend, and the friend joins.
I referred a friend who joined. Got my gift card.
Now that I want to cancel, they are deducting the value of the gift card from my unused credit.
Absolute bull$#*!.
They're quick to take your money- and lots of it.
Not so keen on giving it back.
