I ordered my wedding dress from bycouturier. I was nervous after reading so many mixed reviews. The dress was made custom size and fits perfectly and exactly like the one in the photo. I seriously cried from relief and anticipation of seeing whether or not I would have a negative experience like some have mentioned. I will say, customer service was always quick and helpful, dress arrived 4 days sooner than expected, and the quality is beautiful!
Do not order from this website! The pictures are used fradulently, the products are not theirs. I am still trying to get a refund from June and having to get lawyers involved. Do not make this mistake!
I absolutely loved this website. I ordered my dress in an 8, and it was perfectly fine. I had to get it altered because I'm flat chested, but I was going to do that anyways besides my Noona is a does alterations. I had a great experience with them. I asked them questions about the dress before I bought it and got a response back a day and a half later. The dress was here a two days later than they said, but it was just two days.

This place is a scam! Ordered a standard dress size 4. It looked nothing like the photo advertise. When I tried to return it they said no. The dress is poorly made the zipper broke the first time I tried it on. There's seams everywhere and stray strings all over. Terrible customer service.
The quality of these dresses are fantastic and I would highly recommend this bridesmaid dress to anyone.My wedding is not for a while so I will get the girls to try them on and then take photos.In regards to the postage, it was free. Thank you, I am very happy!

This dress was worth every penny! I found this dress and figured it was worth a try. It worked perfectly. It was flattering from head to toe. And with a petticoat and heels, no alterations were needed for the length. I did have to have the sides under the arms taken in a bit but it was no big deal. It is very true to size! I'm so happy with my purchase and loved this dress.
Great dress for the price! I bought this for my Winter White Party. The fit was perfect and it even gave me curves around the hips where I don't have it. The material was thick, nice zipper on the back. The bat wings make it very stylish. The elastic around the collar to keep it off the shoulders was fantastic, not too tight or loose. I highly recommend this dress. I usually don't write reviews but since I make most of my purchases based on other people's reviews, I feel the need to reciprocate.
Beautiful and very good quality lace wedding dress. I was very hestiant to order a wedding dress online, but i had very limited budget. I fell in love with the dress as soon as I tried it on. The sleeve was a little loose for me because my arms are too skinny. Other than that everything was fitted perfectly. Chady contacted me to custom made the dress for me and informed me with the shipping info. I received the dress earlier then expected delivery date. Highly recommend this beautiful wedding dress to beautiful brides to be.
I honestly didn't expect to love this dress as much as I do! It is beautiful and really well made- especially for the low cost! My fiance and I are eloping so it didn't really make sense to spend a lot of money on my wedding dress considering it will only be the 2 of us and I will only wear it for a few hours. I will forever love this dress! No one could believe what I paid for it! I got a size 4 and it fit like a glove, i could move in it freely. The length was long as i am petite but i fixed that myself the day of the wedding (super easy fix)! It was the perfect dress for backyard evening wedding! Beautiful dress! Color is white not ivory. Not sure why the main image of this dress is shown in ivory when all of the customer images show white dresses. That's how I knew this would arrive in the white that I wanted. Also, in the main image if you look at the straps, they are shown to be narrower at the bottom and wider at the top where the strap almost sits on the side of her shoulder. This dress is not actually like that. It's actually opposite. Wider at the bottom and narrower up by the shoulder. Does have a built-in bra. This dress is a money saver! It's simple but beautiful and I love the sequence/light shimmer in the chest area.
The wedding dress in my dreams should have long train and shiny rhinestone details on the skirts. The kind that looks very expensive. I only have a budget of four hundred dollars, I understand that I can only buy a simple lace dress in the bridal shop. After looking for a lot of websites, I found bycouturier, God, it was like a gamble to me, but the price is really cost-effective. I decided to buy one because they promised me to return if the quality is not good. I received my wedding dress on Monday and tried it on. The size is right, a bit heavy and the details are also very good, but fortunately I have listened to the advice of choosing a custom size. The only problem is that I waited for a full month and a half, but it's all worth it.
A very dishonest company.
Don't believe in their return/ refund policy. I ordered a standard size 2 and when it got here it looks so ugly and cheap. I requested a return right away and they said no refund due to customized size. Seriously, a standard size 2 is a customized size. A customized size is a customized size. So why don't you just be honest with your customers that no return or exchange? So dishonest, so horrible.

Last mouth, I bought my wedding dress from the website. I got my packet very quickly. This is a big surprise. Originally, I didn't want to choose my dress from online shop, because it's easy to go wrong like size and style. My friend recommended this company to me, she had a good shopping experience in it.
