As I am looking through these "reviews" I am noticing one thing. All of the negative comments are actual people but when you look at the positive comments alot of them are VERY similar. They all have pictures that are probably this sites (or similar pictures to another.)This sends major red flags to me not that many people could have names so close all starting with b and v and having oirili or whatever in them. I would pay more attention to reviews if you would like to buy a dress from them I have not seen any personal dresses and I have not bought one here I am strictly going by the fact that everything even the reviews are extremely fishy. Another way to tell most of the positive reviews are fake is because they mention the stores name. Most reviews won't do that because it has it in the title. Be careful with what you're buying! Do your research, make sure the dress is real, which I haven't seen a single dress on anyone but a model so that is also fishy to me! Save your money do not buy here.

Ladies, I was ripped off! Ordered a dress back in December with custom measurements. The dress is way too small and DOES NOT measure up! I took it to the tailor because I thought I was losing my mind and she confirmed the dress was made with incorrect measurements! Seller refuses to refund. I'll start a claim through PayPal. The dress looks nothing like the picture. It's fake and made poorly. In looking at all the previous reviews I noticed a trend. Look at the names of the reviewers and you'll notice how bogus they are. Wish I would've paid more attention. Shameful that they prey on brides on a budget! Run!

Ladies, the easiest trick. Save a picture of the dress you thinking of buying, preferably to your desktop, and then upload it through Google (go onto google main page, choose "images" in the right upper corner and choose upload). It will spit out all of the relevant and visually same pictures. You will find out that most of the dresses are actually designer, e. G from Berta, Galia Lahav and so on. So, this website is definitely a scam. Prices are too good to be true, no return of the goods available and misleading about their headquarters. I have been chasing for a dress for a while and I recognise some of the photos on the website from wedding magazines. Be careful!

Ladies, avoid shopping on this website. Check the pics through Google to see for yourselves. Most designer collections will come up, some from last year, some recent.

This is a fraud and it is despicable. Save your money, ladies! M.

I order a beautiful dress from this site. I want to clarify that I look at reviews ALOT! When I did a bit of research I noticed that google their address was from London United Kingdom. So I trust because I've order from Europe in the past so I didn't mind looking any further. I order my dress that was instill about my order so i looked at almost all the reviews from THIS website and found out that most great reviews the names reviewing are FAKE they are not even real common names. So my order came and I noticed that it come from CHINA. Already pissed because the company lied about who they are. Oh and I have no problem with China I've order from Hebeos, Ali express that they've done a great job! But to lie about your company that is fishy. My dress arrived and to my surprise the dress was trash! Not close to the color I order, I order custom fit, yet it was huge on me. And to top it off the material was trash. Let me put it this way. Cheap material of leggings the thin one! Ladies take it from me I wasted 118 dollars! On a dress for my wedding reception. You need a website that can deliver use Hebeos. This is a scam. More because they lie about who they are to get costumer.

I've been trying to find additional, real reviews on this retailer and it's clear the company is significantly and frequently manipulating what can be found to try to appear legit.

For instance, there is a Facebook comment left on 11/21/18 from a user asking if the dresses are the same as the photos. On the main "Community" page of the store profile, it displays that there were 9 comments on this post. However, when you click in to try to read the 9 comments, you can only see one. This means that profile admin deleted the other 8, likely negative and real, comments. This is true for any post that poses a question. Bottom line, they are deleting comments, hiding the evidence of the scam.

Also, they are also mentioned in a CBS Money article about these bridal sites that scam brides by lying about where they are located, have bad product and change their names often as negative reviews pile up. Search for "by couturier reviews" in Google and look for the resulting article called "Scam Alert: Online Wedding Dress Ripoffs." It explains the strategy in detail. They are looking specifically for brides looking to save money.

Also, notice how on this site, there are only 1 star reviews (the real ones) and 5 star reviews (the fake ones). No reviews in between.

Don't do it.

They literally don't care about their customers. I clearly stated my height and size via email as well as their comment box, but I still didn't get the right size. The dress didn't even make it to my ankle (I am 5'11) and I emailed them 4 times before they replied back to me. I thought they would resolve the problem but instead, I was told to keep the dress and pay additional $250 to re-do the dress. If I could fix the dress or if the dress is wearable, I would I ask for their help in the first place? I told them I can pay for the shipping so I don't have to waist my $399 but they have never would work with me. In one email they told me okay and in another email they said no. They just want you to buy their junk and never ever being able to return or exchange their item even tho it's clearly their problem. Seriously, don't waste your money.
P. S, they are not located in London. They are in China. They have one email (the general email they have on their website) it's operated with many people and they pretend like one person is following up and replying to your email consistently but a it's a joke. I got a person by a name of Flynn Johnson, but it was different people replying back to me every time I email them. Telling me different stories and it's coming from same name. I thought I was talking to "Flynn" but Nope it was a scam. It was a rough experience.
