Another Facebook scammer- They take your money and you never get anything!
Do not buy from this company.

My order was placed in January. It's mid-March now, and I haven't received my order yet. They are good at making excuses but they treat their clients.

This company is horrible. Quality of items is not good, sizing is off and their customer service is awful too. They took over two weeks to get back to me. Beware!

They advertise free shipping and easy returns. Easy return you just can't get your money back. They received my return 12-5 with all the proper information and one month and 10 days later still no refund.

BUYER BEWARE-- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND for each of the 4 items I bought, the specific item's measurements on the website size chart was NOT accurate.
I bought 4 pieces, and in ALL 4 pieces, the bust measurements were smaller by about 2 inches.
I emailed them, with photos of their website size chart AND the measurements of the pieces I got.
NO response. I messaged them.
NO response. I emailed again.
Finally, their response: "it's not a big difference."...
And even with this issue, they told me I had to cover the cost to send them back.
Photos of an example: Plus Size - Women Solid Color Pocket Corduroy Jacket Coat. Size L. The website chart gives 50.4" (or 25.2" diameter) as the bust measurement. The shirt that arrived to me is 48" bust (24" diameter).

I have bought from Buykud several times now, from hats, to scarves, and pants, sweaters and dresses. Only one thing didn't fit but I guess my head is too big. I was afraid at first because I have had bad experiences from things sent from China, but not with them. Everything has arrived within time and according to description. I guess I have been lucky compared with all the terrible reviews I read, but mostly I think they were unlucky because in every purchase I have been satisfied. I would recommend that you check the size charts and the description so you won't be surprised. The last sweater I bought got a lot of praise last weekend when U wore it for the first time on a family trip.

I placed an order that took forever to be received and one item (a hat) seemed to be a child's size, not possible for an adult (yet sold for adult and photo shows adult). It's site says you have to contact their "service" email to return an item. Good luck with that. I've emailed twice and no one answers - no responses. I wonder about their legitimacy in the U.S.A. Their address is listed: Room 22,12F, Block A Hoi Luen Industrial Center,, No. 55 Hoi Yuen Road, Kowloon,, Hong Kong SAR China KL, Kowloon.

These clothes look great but they are sized for a small person, NOT a plus size person, sometimes not for an L or XL, either. They look oversized but they are shown on a tiny model. The waist bands are small, the shoulder is not graded for a larger size, the sleeve length is often short and the length doesn't translate.

It's a scam! Rip off! Quality, and service a little better than cr%p! To return clothing they have to send a return address and won't even though i requested 6 times. There address cannot be found!

BEWARE: extra customs charges and long delay in shipment

The order has not arrived yet after 1 month from purchase (even having paid for an express delivery within 5 working days). On top of that, there are additional customs taxes to be paid by the buyer and not included in the price of the product which, for the quality of the materials, is already on the pricey side.

I would highly recommend you avoid the hassle and buy somewhere else.

The coat was not at all what I ordered. Wrong size, wrong colour and wrong cheep fabric,
I was trying to return, but it will cost me additional money. It ended in the garbage.
Never buy from this company.
Another item never arrived, the told me, that it will be back in my account, never got the money.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I have not ordered any product from this deplorable company since being fooled with one pair of shoes two sizes too small and one sweat shirt "green" but arrived grey and ripped to pieces as though a box cutter had attacked it. Additionally, the sweat shirt arrived inside of a plastic sleeve and the product was soaking wet. Since the second burn, I have not opened their emails nor have I gone to their website. Hopefully, this will help others in their decision to order from Buykud.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SUBSIDIARIES: Ordered and paid for 8 items from this store because the photos of the clothing looked great. Just the kind of things I love. But, what arrived, were 3 unwearable, ugly, cheap pieces. I contacted the seller to find out why I got this terrible stuff and told them I wanted to return it all, and cancel the remaining items that had not yet been sent. They refused to issue a free return label and offered a 40% discount on the entire order, which they gave me. But they never sent the remaining items - and I didn't want them any way. So I was charged for the entire order, less 40%, but for 8 items, not 3. I was robbed.

You can't send this crap back because shipping to China is very expensive from the U.S. and they don't give you a good address anyway. China allows their companies to ship to the US for free, but they don't pay for the clothes to come back.

Nothing I received looked like what was in the pictures. The fabric contents were incorrect. There were no washing instructions, and the sizes were completely different than on their website. Basically, this is a huge scam that a lot of Americans, and others, are getting caught in. This company also has many other stores online pulling the same scam, including menswear. Here are the names of a few: buykud.com, zolucky.com, lorimena.com, cupshe.com, coendy.com, berrylook.com, suncain.com, comfymia.com, bohobeachhut.com, and many, many others. If it looks too good to be true, it is.

The first images is from the ad for what I purchased. The second and third images are what I received. Very, very different.

The item was too large so I had to return the item at my own expense.
I used their registered tracking service and despite it arriving back at the warehouse I have still not received my money. They do not answer my emails. Very poor service and now out of pocket. I would never recommend.

I saw a good looking pants from Buykud on Instagram. I ordered it. When it arrived the fabric was as thick as a fabric to cover a coach or make curtains. It was so thick, it looked awful. I contacted them and to their credit they got back to me and emailed me the paper work to return it. I paid for the return and once they received and reimbursed me for a pants that costed me $50+shipping and sales tax I paid $64 I received only $41 back. Why I have no idea. I am not going to waste time to understand. But I will never shop Buykud or any business who makes me pay for the return. Hope this is helpful.

Buykud's shipping sucks. It took 30 days for it to arrive. Also, the products are not great quality.
