This is really a scam. I loved the dress but its too large and it doesn't suit me. And I can't find a way to return it and get my money back. BAD BAD BAD.
Terrible customer service, returns practically impossible. It took me a month to get absolutely nowhere with my return. I ended up sending it back to the wrong address because there was no clear directions for this and although I had proof of return, they did not honour this. They even denied that they had offices in Singapore. Terrible bullies who heed to be pulled up on their appalling behaviour.
Why you should never buy at Buykud.com: the quality of the material is bad, the dye of their dresses sticks to your skin and their seizing is WAY to big: you could swim in it. And their return policy and Customer Service really sucks. They do not reply your answers and it is impossible to send back a purchase. My advice? Spend your money elsewhere...
I would say the dress was not worth what I paid for it. It looked terrible. It cost me $22.75 to send it back to CHINA in July 28,2016. Buykud said they would refund my money when they received the dress. Buykud never received it so I didn't get my refund. On December 13,2016 the dress appeared in our mailbox. Well, I have the dress back, but I won't be wearing it. Maybe I'll use it for a nightgown. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from this Chinese company.
What the site doesn't tell you is that it's based in China and if you need to return something they a)try to discourage you; b)insist you send it with a declaration of $10 or they'll refuse to take it; c)it will cost a fortune because you have to send it back to China. Nice clothes but I would advise against it unless you absolutely know you're going to keep the clothes. And the fit is VERY SMALL.
