Hi I'm not very hard to please but the styles and fabrics I love. I am fairly small and only order on line one size fits all I gave my sister a black coat I wanted it but it was too big. Anyway the value is extraordinary she adores the coat and gets lots of compliments. I have always loved loose clothes and they are comfortable and so unusual I love them.It has been years since I found a label that is affordable and sometimes divine.Im very happy with just about everything but I only buy cotton, nothing that creases, usually flash sales. I saw their dresses. Many look like they were made of discarded upholstery fabric. I ordered a white dress for $78, and it could have been a tent. I had to take it to a tailor, who remade the entire dress. He got rid of half the material. Then he lined it because the fabric was stiff. So after spending $78, I spent an extra $75 to get the dress to fit. I saw the return policy to China, and I knew it wouldn't work, so I never even contacted them.

For anyone wishing to purchase clothing from this company, let me share my experience with you.

On April 2nd and April 4th, I purchased items from BuyKud, spending $355.14 total for both orders.

I received the items within a week to ten days. No problem there. The clothes, however, were not of a good quality for the price. I emailed them and said I needed to return them. They offered me a 5% discount for another purchase to keep the clothing. Uh, no thank you.

I knew that the return postage was to be paid by the buyer. Little did I know that the items were to be returned to China.

The total to return to China, via FedEx was, to my shocking surprise, $163.37. They also asked me to declare that the total value of the parcel was only $15.00 (fraudulent) as this would save them monies in customs.

The package made it back to BuyKud and they did refund me for the purchases. The total refunded was $326.70. Why they kept $28.44 is beyond me. I could never get an answer to that question.

So, do the math. After spending over $355.14 in purchases, spending $165.37 to send it back to China, I only recouped $163.33 from my initial purchase. That, to me, is a scam. They did quite well, don't you think?

I am just cautioning you about this company. They recently told me in another post when I warned someone about the clothing and their policies that they never received my parcel. Really? They did and they did refund yet made quite a profit.

Their default excuse is "we did not receive your parcel" "we have no record of your purchase" "we did not receive your email", blah, blah blah.

Just be aware of what happened to me will happen to you.

Website says you can return the products you do not want, so I ordered 5 dress so i could try them on and see which ones i like. They have a 15 day return policy but you can not get a hold of them, I send at least 5 emails and no response. After threatening them with contacting Facebook the did contact me, ask what was wrong and that if they did not fit it was my fault for not measuring everyone before I ordered. Next email asked for photos which I sent... Bottom line every one of the dresses order were in one size, what I received were dresses the were from a size 8 to 22 extra large, poor materials and one that did not look like the photo and was not linen as stated, it was a burlap sack! They blocked me on FB because of my bad press. They have know approved my return request but shipping is over what I paid and I do not believe the will refund be my money... Unfortunately there is no way to contact Facebook to make a complaint. This company is a fraud.

I spent over $250 on some items that looked great on the website. I received them fairly quickly (about a week - which was surprisingly fast given they shipped via DHL form Singapore) but what I received did not match what I expected at all. The clothing was huge! I'm a medium but this was comically unwearable, plus the fabric quality was poor and smelled of chemicals.

I contacted Buykud about a refund and was given VERY specific instructions on how to return the items for a full refund. Two things made me very uneasy and suspicious that this package would ever make it to its destination.
1. They requested I not use DHL for shipping (maybe because instead of the 1lb rate they paid for the package to be shipped from Singapore, the package was actually 5 lbs and now heading to Guangzhou, China).
2. I was asked to lie on the customs forms and state the contents was only valued at $15 (rather than $266).

I sent the item through Property International via USPS. This cost $88 but was the only way to track the package to ensure delivery. I'm sure if I worked in customs I would think it very strange for someone to spend $88 for contents worth $15.

I tracked the package for weeks... and finally got a notification that the package was refused. When I contacted Buykud for an explanation, they said it was most likely because they could not afford the taxes that may have been imposed on the package. So now I am out over $350 and no merchandise. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Stay away at all costs!
