I ordered a Halloween costume for my son on Oct. 15th with a "guaranteed" arrival by Oct. 21st. It never came. On Oct 22nd, I called and they told me it would arrive on Oct. 23rd. It's Oct. 24th and still no costume. My son has a Halloween party today and no costume to wear. This company has lost my business.
Seriously wish i would have read the reviews before *attempting to purchase. I had a cart of 3 things, went through all of the information to purchase it and hit *pay, then got an error message saying *payment failed. Okay, so i check all of my information again, and hit *pay one more time. Said *payment failed again. So i just cancelled my order and called it a night. A couple hours later get a notification from my card company that i had been charged TWICE! I am so livid right now with this company that this place deserves 0 stars just lie all of the reviews say. Why would this even happen! That is $140 just taken from me basically! And did i mention i never received an order # or any type of email either?! They stole from me, so don't let them steal from you too.
It makes me angry to even give them a star! I placed my order on October 20th, paid for express shipping to have it delivered on October 23rd. I got my order but the main item, the leotard, was not in the package. I called to complain and ask for the refund since I now have to go and find the leotard somewhere else. The customer service gal informed me that they are only refunding the leotard and half of the express shipping in the next TWO WEEKS! What POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE you have! Please take the miserable $7 you're refunding for your aggravating mistake, that's not how you're supposed to fix your mistake. I now have to go and rush to get the missing item elsewhere for tomorrow. I work in the customer service industry and can't believe there are companies like yours out there!
Do I have to give them one star, as I'd prefer to give zero stars. They are terrible. I ordered from them through Amazon for my children's Halloween costumes. They sent the order to the wrong address and refused to resend to the right address. They had the nerve to tell me to go to the wrong address and look for my stuff.
Do NOT shop with them. Horrible service.
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I placed an order on 10/18, for guaranteed delivery on 10/23. Received email on 10/23 with tracking info to UPS. My order would be delivered on 10/26. Waited on hold at least 25 minutes, via multiple calls. When choosing the option to have someone call me back to save my place in line, was disconnected. Attempted live chat, to be on cyber-hold 10 minutes. "Ray" told me exactly what my email stated. Then suggested I contact UPS. Being the costume left their warehouse on 10/22, it wasn't a UPS issue. They offered to refund my shipping. Luckily I paid thru PayPal, and screenshot the entire conversation, so I can open a PayPal dispute, if not refunded. Order elsewhere, even if the costume is more $, it's not worth it. Hopefully ppl will start reading reviews before ordering.
Do not waste your time purchasing costumes from this website. I ordered my costumes the beginning of Oct and I have yet to receive it.
I've been on hold 60 mins. Trying to see where my items are. This is very ridiculous.
Did not honor anything. I paid for express shipping, was personally guaranteed, via email to get by the date needed and still never got the item. You will wait on hold for an hour minimum only to speak English to a non speaking English person, who only hangs up on you!
I have ordered from this company before with great products received in a timely fashion. This year I ordered in plenty of time and order kept getting delayed. I contacted them over 5 days about 8 times with nothing but lies and empty promises for my efforts. I finally cancelled my order today and ordered somewhere else and had to pay more to get closer to halloween and pay for faster shipping to have in time for an event. They charge your credit card and never ship the product. They keep stringing you along that it will ship the next day but it never does. I reported them to the FTC and BBB and will next be filing a police report if I don't get my refund. This company is not the same as previous years and is committing fraud and possibly theft.
I ordered my daughter's halloween costume on 9/26/15 and it was to be shipped no later than October 21st. I paid for expedited shipping as well. I never received an email letting me know it was shipped, so I called the company today 10/22/15 to see what was going on. My order online stated the shipping status was in pending status... I waited on the phone to talk to a customer service rep for over 30 minutes. When they finally answered I asked about my order which in turn I received an excuse that my costume is no longer available and there is nothing they can do and that I would need to find something else. I asked why I never received an email or call about this much sooner and why I am the one that is contacting them about this situation. They had no explanation other than sorry and they should have sent an email but they are very busy. If i wouldn't have contacted the company we would still be wondering what is going on! I am extremely upset to say the least because the costume my daughter wanted is now not available ANYWHERE! She was so excited to get the costume and today i had to break her heart. This is extremely unacceptable and very poor customer service. If i could give them a 0 in ratings I would!
I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. I ordered a costume for my son - had a GUARANTEED delivery date of 10/22/15, and it never shipped. I called and was lied to over and over, I was told it had shipped but the tracking data was not yet available, I was told that it had not shipped but would definitely ship out overnight on 10/21, I was then told someone would call me with a tracking number by 10pm on 10/21 - none of this happened. I then had to spend 2 hours on the phone today to cancel my order, as I was finally told it may not ship at all this week. Once the order was cancelled, they refunded me $9.49, even though I spent over $40. I had to finally call the corporate headquarters to get the correct refund done. The customer service people were rude, incompetent and barely spoke English. I will never order from this company again. Reading all these negative reviews on here - I hope enough people make noise that are being treated this way and this horrible company does not stay in business.
These people are horrible. I was GUARANTEED shipment by 10/21. I have called 3 times- each time I get a customer service rep that is worse than the last one. I was on hold for 36 minutes and got "disconnected". These people are a joke. Do not order!
I ordered my sons costume at the beginning of October, they sent me the wrong size. I payed to ship it back to them and ordered a replacement costume. I have been on the phone with them non-stop over the last four days because they keep canceling my replacement order without notifying me. They are refusing to allow me to speak to a supervisor, they keep stating that my order will be over nighted to me. However they are not actually shipping it, I keep getting told that their warehouse is backed up right now and that it will ship when they have the availability to ship it. This place is a joke, their costumer service is horrible!
I placed an order Sept 23 about 3 days later I received an email stating that it would ship Oct 5. Its now Oct 19 and it still hasn't shipped. I have contacted the company 4 times to see when it will ship and every time I am told that it is being wrapped up and will ship that day or the next. Today when I asked the service rep why they keep saying that when its clearly not true and asked if she was capable of admitting that she had no idea when it would ship or why it hadn't yet she hung up on me. The absolute worst costumer service I have ever dealt with and clearly I will be lucky if I receive my order by Christmas!

I ordered my child's costume that was out of stock at the time in September. The item was guaranteed by the 16th of October. They charged my card on 10/09 which it says they do not charge you until the item is shipped. The item did not come on the 16th and they said if it doesn't come they'll refund my shipping costs. The box came today and the only thing in it was an Elsa costume that I got for free because of a promo deal. I called and they said they won't be getting the costume! To say the least I'm furious! The costume I ordered is now no where to be found in my child's size and I've been telling him since last week it was coming!
This site is horrible! Please save your time and money and look else where!
I ordered two costumes both of my daughters October 8. I promptly received an email confirmation of my order and had a "guaranteed" shipped date of October 15. In the days before I should have received my order I was getting nervous because I never received a shipping confirmation email. On the 15th I called and they oddly asked when I needed the costumes by. They said they would escalate my order and have it shipped. The next day, still no shipping confo. I called back and they asked the same question. It was a Friday and I was told that I would get shipping confirmation by Saturday. I got nothing. I called back Sunday, now October 18, and they asked when I needed my order. I told them Monday. They placed me on a 20 minute hold just to come back and say they could not get ahold of anyone in their distribution center. She told me that if I did not get shipping confirmation by Monday they would go ahead and cancel my order. Whelp I did not want the headache. So I had her cancel my order then.
Please save your time. These were costumes for my kids and I really did not want to disappoint them. I went ahead and placed my order through a more reputable site. Of course all of the time that was wasted waiting I had to pay extra for express shipping.
Ordered Sept 23rd; stated an October 13th delivery date, guaranteed. Had to call on October 18th to find that the new date was estimated for October 26th. Child needed it for October 23rd, so we had to cancel and now have to hurry to find something. Wasted our time to plan ahead! Never again.
I ordered my childrens costumes from here, I was given a guarenteed arrival date and it has come and gone. Our costume party is this weekend and I now have to run around looking for the exact costumes they picked out. I still have yet to recieve my items and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone when you call. They don't respond to emails and their live online serivce is a joke!
They said my order was Guaranteed to arrive on Sept. 28, I started emailing them on Sept. 30, they had nothing but excuses, I needed it by Oct. 14, they said it would be here, never came, I called and after waiting 30 min, I was told it would get here by the weekend. I emailed again just to make sure and they told me it was now out of stock! My daughter has been waiting for this costume, we already bought a ton of accessories and now no costume! I cancelled the rest of my order and will NEVER use them again! If I could use less than 1 star I would. Also, not once did they ever call or email to let me know they were late or there was a problem, I had to do all the work, and they still couldn't pull it off!
I was quoted a guaranteed delivery date of October 1st, when that date came it changed to October 13th, now it is October 13th and I still do not have my costume. I have sent a number of emails and called them. Everyone I spoke to guaranteed that they had it in stock and that they would ship in time for the new guaranteed date. After my last email they then stated they did not have the costume and that they were dependent on the manufacturer to ship them the costume and they haven't received it yet. Customer service is poor and they don't know what they are talking about. If I would have known it was not in stock I would have tried to get the costume elsewhere to get it in time for Halloween. Now there is weeks wasted and I have no costume and I have to rush around last minute finding one which I didn't want to do ordering this last month! Please do not order from them as they are false in their shipping times!
Wish I had checked this site before I ordered -- they sent the wrong costume with another customers invoice inside -- waiting now for them to send correct costume -- will update review when this is done.
Answer: I have never responded to any reviews, but I have to is time- this is not a legit company- it is a hoax- do not give them your money. Every word you have read is the truth.
