I purchased two items from the store from their online site. I received one and never received the other. They would not refund the money because they said it had been delivered. Very unhappy with lack of service.
Ordered gifts online for a friend's baby shower. Within the hour received an email that my order had been canceled. When I was finally able to find a phone number and get through to a real person, whom I could barely understand over the phone, I was told there was a problem with my payment. I checked with my credit card company and there was no problem and the charge had already been posted on my account. I was then told they would have to file an investigation and it would take 24-48 hrs to hear back and I would have to call back and check and in the meantime, re-order the items. I elected to cancel the order myself and dispute the charge on my card and make my purchase elsewhere. TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!
Contacted customer service regarding an issue with an online order. They were very helpful and resolved the issue satisfactorily.
Ordered for a baby shower that was April 2nd and gift was said to arrive March 31st. Did not happen. Delivery got pushed back to April 4th. Still didn't happen. And I still don't have it. Needless to say I went to the baby shower without a gift! Not happy!
The car seat I purchased was in stock when I ordered it. A couple days later it went out of stock. I've been waiting over 2 months. They keep sending updates that it is now in stock abd posting that on their website. Do not buy from them. They ate advertising fir items they don't have and don't know when they will have them in stock again. Scam company if ya ask me.
Buyer beware. I purchased a car seat from a baby shower registry, only to find out on the delivery date that Buy Buy Baby canceled the order due to an email issue, which made no sense as my credit card was charged. After I called them to find out where was my package was I told the order was canceled. I wanted the order and so I placed it again, Even after being told I also had to use another payment method, which again made no sense to me, so I used my debit card and it went through and the order was accepted. Two hours later I received an email saying that the order was canceled again, this after the money was removed from my account. I was beside myself as the guy on the phone said that it was going to take 2 to 3 days to find out why my order was canceled. I said you've been paid already, how can you cancel the order and he offered to get me a supervisor on the phone. The supervisor told me he couldn't tell me why the system canceled me again. He offered me the opportunity to make a 3rd order with another payment method which I declined. I am extremely disappointed with Buy Buy Baby and will never use them again. I have called the bank to cancel payment as well as the credit card company to tell them I canceled the order and to not process a payment for them. I just ordered the gift on Amazon without a problem
Horrible company to deal with, BE AWARE return time starts with order date not date you received. Trying getting a GIFT CARD in exchange for a ALIA play school thing because did not like it once i opened it for my grand daughter and i was according to them 2 weeks to late due to order date. RIDICULOUS.
If I had known that EVERY item I ordered would be shipped separate with NO tracking numbers, I would have saved myself a big aggravation and went shopping for the items on the registry ( at a different store). Not only that, I would have saved the shipping cost as well. I will NEVER shop this website again.
I returned this order to the store for a refund with the original package and the store shipped it to the warehouse without the original package, so they returned it to me because it was shipped to the warehouse from the store without the original package, so I called buybuybaby and a nice lady apologized and asked me to return it again and she put a note on the order.
So I did returned it and the warehouse shipped it again to me.
I have a huge messed up box infront of the door.
Second thing I talked to a supervisor and he started shouting at me because I was saying that I need to return it and it's not my mistake, so I asked for his name and he didn't want to tell me his name and he hanged up on me.
Very nice product. Delivered in excellent condition an on time. Expecting more to be delivered. Can't wait for my great grandson to use these products.
I made a first time purchase as a gift for my daughter. A few days later I get this form letter email that my order is cancelled. No reason, no explanation. What kind of company does this? Now I have to buy it at a store that actually wants my business. Will make sure to tell my daughter and all of her friends to stay away from BuyBuyBaby.
Ordered a car seat paid for item $158.00 in full! Within 25 minutes of placing the order I get an email saying my order is back ordered and canceled because they don't have it in stock and is not available! Yet 5 days since transaction was processed and they didn't reverse the funds back into my account instead let the funds clear and took my money now I have to wait for the company to send the money back into my account which I'm being told could take two weeks! Never ever again will I do business with this company! My nerves have been shot since I decided to do business with them! Completely aggravated! Save yourself the trouble go with amazon or a major company that is well known and won't play with your hard earned money because this company will! Very very unprofessional!
I'm very disappointed that I saw a specific delivery date, then it shows as not even having shipped by the time it was supposed to be delivered, then having an agent tell me it actually will get here on time, and then another agent saying that it actually won't. What a messed up shopping experience!
It will take about 11 days from the day of shipping to arrive they say--who knows, the date keeps changing. You might think twice about anything shipped through Newgistics.
I ordered gifts with wrapping and a gift message, paid for wrapping, gift arrived without wrapping and no message.
Today at 12:45 I went to the tukwila store to return total body pillow which my husband bought for me 1 week ago. As we arrived to register the two ladies working there were very rude from the start. As soon we said we want to return one rolled her eyes and called manger and they told we can't return it because it's used.so I asked to speak to Manager. So I explained to the manger and she said we can't return because it was used but I explained to her I opened to see if I actually like it. The only reason I am returning it because it has no support. She roller her eyes and keeps telling me we can't accept because it's used. They are very unprofessional and rude. I have been going there for 4 months now and never have I seen this type behavior.
Unused stroller was not taken back because it was opened, never buying here again! Terrible customer service
They have a wide choice of products. I love their products and I have bought a few products from them
Back in October I had ordered a gift for a friend off of her registry. The package had been in transit in Atlanta since October 21st. It is now December 10th. The baby shower came and still no package! A few weeks ago I tried calling and was unable to talk to an actual person only a voicemail. Would have preferred to email but no email account was listed.
I had to call 5 times about an order only to be told five different things before finally being told my order was lost. No one knew what they were doing and the supervisor was rude. Worst place ever! Don't buy from them!
