Got a quote based on model # of a 4G smart phone and submitted request for kit to send in. It went thru and no acknowledgement. Upon contacting "customer service", I was told they couldn't find my order and to re-submit. Then I was told there were TWO orders. I was then sent TWO e-mails with TWO tracking #'s and again, contacted customer service and told to use whichever one I wanted. They got my phone, said it was "different" and gave me a "revised" quote. After days of arguing, I finally accepted their offer. Then 3 days later, I got an acknowledgement. 3 days after that, I had to contact and threaten to file a complaint if not paid. I got paid within hours of that... FINALLY.
Could not have been more simple. Get mail return label, send item, receive check. Its that easy. Would recommend!

ÏThey are totally scam artists. Didn't give me a price until about the 60-day mark which is well beyond their 10-day promise. Then they drop 3 perfectly good phones from $35 down to $0.50 and $0.25. After 6 or 7 emails that was their solution. They are legit scams do not do business with them. You're warned
Hi Joey, We're sorry you weren't happy with your experience with us on your most recent transactions. Since your orders came when we were transitioning to a new facility in order to better service our customers there was a delay in processing your orders. As it stands, in regards to your iPhone 5C order; we emailed you on 11/06/2018 in regards to removing the iCloud lock on the device in order for us to proceed with inspection. We have not heard back from you yet regarding this issue. On 11/20/2018 your LG G4 device failed inspection due to: Condition difference. You checked out an LG G4 Verizon device in Excellent condition. However, upon inspection of the device it was found that the device has a cracked camera glass and a cracked screen. Due to this you were sent a revised offer of $2.00 for your device. You then proceeded to accept the revised offer on the same day and your payment is currently being processed. As for your order regarding your iPhone 4S device it was found that you sent in an additional iPhone 4S device. We ask that in the future that you please create an order for your device in order to receive updates on your device once your device has been inspected. It was determined that both your iPhone 4S devices failed inspection on 11/01/2018 due to: Will not power on. For that you were sent a revised offer of $0.25 for your device. You then accepted the revised offer on 11/03/2018 and your payment was sent out to you on 11/06/2018. We know we may value devices differently than you that is why we offer hassle free returns in the event of a return circumstance so there is never any risk or obligation when trying out our services as long as we hear back from you within one week from when the revised offer was sent to you. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing back from you in the near future.
I purchased a phone from BuyBackWorld. It was delivered on time. Upon receipt I found that it was as advertised.

There are lots of services like this: do not use buybackworld. They are slow. Customer service is terrible (email only, no phone number -- always a bad sign). It has been over 2 months since sending them a tablet. They kept delaying processing and then failed to meet a deadline they set for themselves. Even after contacting them multiple times, they have not resolved my issue and have not sent the agreed upon dollar amount for the tablet. I have now filed a complaint with the NYS Consumer Protection department. Just use another service. They are not worth the aggravation.

So I sent in my Samsung S7, I got an email from them on Nov. 5th saying they opened my box. I havent heard anything so yesterday Nov. 13th I chated online someone told me they didnt have anymore info and sent a message to manager and I should have a update today. Well its nov. 14th at 4pm and still nothing. They have had my phone for 10 days and havent even sent me a check.

I sent in a Samsung phone which according to their website would be worth about $10. They received it on September 3rd. I waited and waited to get a response back. On October 3rd, having heard nothing from them, I asked for a status. I received a generic email stating that they were upgrading their facilities and that I should expect a turnaround time of 20 days instead of 2 days. Note: 30 days had already passed. So we continue waiting. Finally, on November 14, I receive a reply stating that the phone had a cracked LCD (it did not when I sent it. It was only scratched) and that they were only offering 25 cents for it. I went back to their website to look up my phone. They no longer accept it. So bottom line, after waiting almost two and half months, they decide they no longer want the phone and are now claiming that it is more damaged then when I sent it in.

Sold some phones, it took a few days to process but they sent payment as agreeed. Even bumped up payment a few dollars due to some phones being in better condition than indicated.

My original amount was $125 i believe and I got just $10 hecause they claim they needed as password to my Google abbount to reset the phone!

We're sorry you were not happy with our services. We strive to offer the quickest turnaround time and seamless process in the world, but do understand sometimes we fall short of your expectations. We had a manager review your order transactions and see that two orders were placed for the same item so we have cancelled and closed out the duplicate order. In terms of the Shipping Kit never reaching you, we send those directly to the address provided during the checkout process and then rely on the USPS to make final delivery. If there were any issues on their part, we apologize on their behalf, but we are always available via phone, chat or email to send a kit directly with tracking once an address is confirmed. In any event, your device was sent a revised offer from $12 to $5 because the model you indicated during checkout did not match the model we actually received. Your item was received on 12/31/2018, inspected on 01/03/2019, and the new quote was accepted by you on 01/09/2019. We then promptly issued your payment directly to your PayPal account on 01/11/2019 for the revised amount.
