I bought this great hoodie from Busted tees a few years back. It fit me great. Was my favorite hoodie. Over the past few years I've bought at least 15 hoodies and 30 different shirts... well, my favorite hoodie went missing after a wildfire swept through my town and forced me to leave. So after several months of looking, I gave up and decided to spent another $40 on the same hoodie. Only when it came in it was a completely different style and material. I contacted busted tees and they essentially told me to deal with it. They didn't inform repeat customers of this change in style. The new style is thick and frumpy, very different from their comfortable light weight hoodies from before.
I won't be shopping here again.

I'm officially done with Busted Tees. This company clearly doesn't have customer appreciation, and the know-how to fix a long standing, widely popular complaint, which is: shipping. I just had my second shopping experience with them, each time, I chose 3-5 day shipping (which I've paid steep amounts for). The 5th business day passed, the shirts had not arrived. I'm typically a pretty chill person, and it takes a lot to get me aggravated enough to write bad reviews, but one of the things that really irks me is the fact that they don't even bother to reach out and explain why your order has been delayed. You have to initiate. There's a chick that handles their Facebook page (Sloane), who is decent at responding politely to not so nice reviews. She told me that two of the shirts that I chose, clearly stated, a delay in shipping would follow. She said that the delay was mentioned on the product page, in the cart, and also at the end of the transaction. Well, I took screenshots of their site to show her that there is no such warning. She then told me that the items were no longer pre-sale items, so the warning would no longer appear. That's BS, because I take screenshots of all of my online transactions, and again, there were absolutely zero warnings of any kind of potential delay, and the proof was not only in the current screenshots I took for her, but also in the screenshots I took during the transaction process. She said that they refunded my shipping cost, more BS. I've received no refund of any sort. In the meantime, I can see that my order FINALLY shipped, what's funny is, the package has not arrived, and it's been over 5 days. So, they have the t-shirts in stock, they finally ship them, but they don't even use the shipping method I paid for, that they were supposedly going to refund. On top of everything, they are now hiding bad reviews on their Facebook page. I left my review for the public, but was messaged a private reply, and my review never appeared on their page. So, the bad reviews you can see on their page, aren't even all of them. The fact that they receive so many bad reviews, that they now have it set to not make those reviews public, should show you what a crappy company this really is. By the time my order arrives, it'll be a month. I have received items from overseas in half that time. It can take a month or more to receive purchased items, they blame customers for not reading multiple warnings of delays, when no such warnings existed, they offer refunds, but you never receive them, they hide reviews from the public, so they can continue sucking in new customers. That about sums up why this company is by far, the worst t-shirt company known to man.

This review is only about the quality of the actual tshirts that bustedtees sells. I ordered a tshirt as a gift, and the shipping was quick and my order was processed correctly. The tshirts themselves are the cheapest, crappiest fabric you could imagine. Think of the tshirts they shoot into the stands at basketball games, or the ones companies give away as promo merch. I tried everything I could to soften the shirt, including salt water brine and several washes. Still awful. If you are a fan of soft, quality tees, bustedtees is not for you.

I have placed several orders, over the last two years, with BustedTees. Each time the shirts are comfortable, good quality shirts that look nice. I usually give these for gifts. This time around I accidentally placed the same order three times, so I cancelled two of the orders and found that the money had already been taken out of my account. When I called customer service (on Black Friday), there was no wait to talk to a representative and she was extremely helpful. The money has since been out back into my account. I will definitely buy from BustedTees again!

"WORST company ever!

Advertised as 4-8 business day shipping- I ordered on March 3- after 15 business days I still didn't receive it. I contacted them, they said if I didn't get it by April 2nd, to contact them and they would send another shirt. I didn't get it by April 2nd, so I contacted them telling them to keep their shirt, it was already way past my friend's birthday by then. I contacted DHL, with whom they ship, and turns out they never shipped my order. WORST company ever and rude rude rude workers! "
