I read on line that people were having trouble getting a hold of anyone or parts on back order. BUT! I had a dead line to reach and they were on spot with two deliveries and back orders. Best service ever in my life! I recommend burromax! My grandchild broke the bike their product is great.

I have had some issues along the way, most to all have been my fault and not the companies, the bike is awesome and designed well for repairs and consumers in mind
I had ordered around 370$$ worth of product as a second purchase, the first purchase being around 160$ and it was delivered and arrived in a timely manor, Now the second purchase has taken over a month to even get word of whether or not it is shipped. I have been trying to contact and leave messages on their customer aervice number and emails as well
