Shipping is a ripoff, all this could have fit in a flat rate USPS box, would have saved my $35, rather you ship via UPS and charge almost the same price as parts for shipping, truly disappointing.
No complaints, just one suggestion. Myself, I buy the parts not to replace something on a burromax but for building custom one off bikes. It would help tremendously if in the parts listing descriptions, you guys included specific measurements. Ex: sprocket i.d., bolt circle measurement, adjacent bolt hole distance. Or the triple trees same thing, fork slot size plate thickness. The forks themselves, diameter and if they're one diameter throughout the length or do they get thicker where the upper and or lower triple trees sit. Brake rotor bolt circle, brake caliper mounting hole distance along with the caliper brackets. You get the point
So far so good. The bike is a gift for my grandson's birthday in a couple of weeks.
The box arrived damaged so hopefully nothing inside is damaged but I'll let you know if it is.

Online, Burromax has a great site that is easy to navigate, and shows the current availability of each product. Ordering was easy. However, the pickup/delivery experience was second to none. We were walked through (thoroughly) each inch of the new bike, and showed how it operates, how to maintain it, and lots of info that made us know we picked the 'right' bike for our grandkids. The best part - the enthusiasm shown during the demonstration! Very charismatic - which goes a long way in making the purchase experience perfect.

Nice website very easy to use the bike showed up quick and was easy to assemble with provided instructions. I can confirm the bike will do 32 mph with my 160 lbs on it!
My son lost his charger in a home fire and we were able to order one and fit perfectly and it was so easy to order. We just followed them model number and we had it in a matter of days.
Bought 2 of the 750's used but in good shape and I'm loving it we zip around town and have a ball on them
This is our second Burromax and it's worth spending the money on a good product. Our first one is over 4 years old and still runs great. We just upgraded our 10 year old for Christmas to a faster model. His brother now gets his 350 so they can ride together.
