My son loves his Burromax. He's had it since last year when he received it for his birthday present. He rides it all the time.

Burromax makes it very easy to maintain their bikes. Their how-to videos and exploded diagrams on their page for replacement parts (brakes, chains) really help as my kids abuse their TT350R's.

The website is clean and well-laid out, I was able to find and purchase exactly what I needed. I didn't have to guess if it would fit my electric motorcycle, which was wonderful. Excellent experience!

Lots of power and speed. Great for my 8 year old and 18 year old.

Called in got great advice and now the bike is up and running smoothly.

Ordered the the larger motor as a replacement for the stock motor that eventually failed after years of use. Easy replacement and disassembly. I had a question on the shipping delivery date, and the staff got right back to me and tracked the package down. It was the USPS delivery system. From the time I ordered the motor to the time of delivery was 10-11 days. Perfectly acceptable.

I was able to call Burromax and chat with someone about a few products I had questions on. They went above and beyond and helped me once again.

The communications with your team of professionals made potentially bad outcome a great one. I originally assumed one set of keys would work with all trail bikes, not the case the result of my communications with your team member resulted in the correct keys for my wife' trail bike being ready to use.

Not happy with the restocking fees and customer service. I should not be charged a 20% fee especially when upgrading a bike from them.

It was very easy to go through the site to see exactly what I wanted and it was shipped out very quick!

The delivery was surprisingly fast it took 2 days to get here and they kept me updated every step of the way

Upon receiving the sprocket it was discovered that the bolt pattern was different than my Razor quad. I was not ever able to: contact support via telephone. Always connected with automated answering. Left messages about my problem. No reply received. I sent email requests two times. Continuing phone attempts all resulted in busy signals. These events begin on the day of delivery during the week. The delivery; was delayed because of a wrong shipping address. That could have been my error. Never the less, I was aware of the wrong address problem as it was encountered as I was tracking it because of the long shipping time it was taking. I immediately corrected the address and it was noted by the shipping co. I waited till the next day and again started tracking and the attempts to contact Burrowmax. Following the described failed attempts to contact, on the following Monday, I was contacted by a Burrowmax representative. Heating my ptoblem about the bolt pattern difference he informed me that Burrowmax did not produce any 4 bolt sprockets. I mentioned how is it that your sprocket listing states fitment for a Razor quad but it does not fit mine? His response/was simply " sir Burrowmax died not produce any 4 bolt sprockets". With that I responded with "fine, goodby" and his reply "goodby"
I did not attempt an effort for return for refund because of not wanting to take the risk of sending back the sprocket; to discover that it might be rejected and my incurring additional shipping expense/and possible loss of the sprocket.
