I had a bit of trouble replacing a tt250 back tire, so I called and no answer, but Burromax returned my call and walked me through it, and emailed me YouTube tutorials on repairs.
They got they 💩together.

What was extremely frustrating was I place an order for a product that cost over $400 and was given an estimated time the product would arrive (and it did within that short timeframe) but I had no way to track the order or check on the status of it. This made me concerned for purchasing something so expensive from a company I had never purchased from. However, they did deliver it when promised. I just wished we could have checked on the status of it for peace of mind.
Wires are a bit tight but gotta keep it compact everything for like it should though

The products is good, but It's hard to contact these guys. I made a simple mistake on choosing the product I wanted and emailed right away post ordering, AND BEFORE they shipped them out but I never got a reply to date. Reached out through email, Instagram, and even through the phone but could not get through. Now idk what to do with the product. Oh well. Thanks anyways. Just make sure you confirm what order before sending it through because it seem to be so hard to reach these guys for us regular customers. Unless you're an "influencer" from what I'm seeing or a distributor..

Just need to add a connector adaptor that are hard wired for the voltage gauge. We had to cut a old male end off the old speed controller. If it had a easier way instead of trying to cut wires I'd give it a 5 stars.

Great experience I heard about this brand from other motor racers that use them in the pits. This was a Christmas present for my husband we are California flat track promoters.
Fast forward a delivery box came in excellent condition we just put it together it looks wonderful some of the screws were a little short putting the fenders on you have to go get some longer ones other than that it went together easy enough
Great company, love their product but hate that I waited 2 weeks to get my order. I understand that I'm in Hawaii and it'll take longer but I wish they have an option for faster shipping.
