Placed and order with this joke of a company on October 2019... still have not received any of my items. Call the number and no one answers, emailed them and no response. Truly a disgusting and vile company to deal with. They went to the extent to provide me with a fake USPS tracking number, when i click on the link. It stated no packages listed. Please Please do not usw this company, save your money

Definitely a high quality dog collar made by someone that takes pride in the products they produce. Sturdy and definitely not flimsy material that tatters easily. Though there was a slight delay due to the probable current state of affairs it was well worth the wait & will order more products in the future

I have never met a more dishonest company in all my years of shopping online. They lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. I placed my order on July 13th. I waited 12 weeks before I even reached out to them. Then I started sending an email about once a week and every time I got the same response "you'll see it next week" it's shipping out now" after several weeks of that I even saw that a tracking label had been generated. But still nothing. USPS didn't take possession of the item for an additional 3 1/2 weeks. It wasn't until after I did a charge back on my credit card that my order magically shipped the day after my credit card company contacted them. So close to six months later the order should arrive.

Dog collar

I ordered my dog a personalized collar on August 8th. I still have not received the order. 20 days ago I got notice that the label was created. I check today and it has still not shipped! I have tried contacting them twice now and the only reply was that they were working on my order. It is going on two months since the order and still hasn't shipped. I would recommend going somewhere else

Horrible Scam

Ordered a collar approximately 12 weeks ago and yet to receive any product. Try and call support and you will receive an automated message that goes direct to voicemail. Email response is based on algorithms of what is types which determines their response. I filed a complaint t with the BBB and received a response from them stating that the business in question failed to respond to the BBB inquiry. THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM PEOPLE GETTING A FREE PRODUCT IN RETURN FOR A POSITIVE REVIEW. Companies like this, if you are willing, will send free product if you write a positive review. Unfortunately for them, I will not stoop to that level and would rather people get a product. What a disgrace to the name BullRun after the historic American Civil War battle of Bull Run. NOT MADE IN AMERICA. Wish I would've thought to look at reviews before placing an order.

I placed an order before I read the reviews of the company and it honestly made me a little scared. I had a personalized dog collar ordered. And I contacted them in regards to canceling the order because of unforeseen military movement. They were in fast communication and actually expedited my order being made. In all it took about three weeks as opposed to their website showing eight weeks. And they included a free leash too! I couldn't believe it. Maybe I was lucky but everything was good quality and I couldn't be happier.

Awful Customer Service

Placed an order over 4 months ago. I understand things may be delayed due to the environment we are in. I have no problem waiting for my order. The problem I do have is when I have emailed and called dozens of times over this 4 months time frame and not one time have I gotten a reply to my email and not one time has anyone answered the phone. I have left messages and no call back. I have no clue where my order is or if it is even coming. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend you buy anything from this company.

Nothing but lies

First he said he was behind i told him I wanted a refund then he said he would have it ready the next day. A week later I asked what happened and said he will ship it out the next day. 6 days later nothing has been shipped and he stopped responding to my emails.

Customer order was placed on July 19th when the turnaround time for custom products was 8 weeks. After multiple email communications it was decided to expedite the order and it was fulfilled in just 3 weeks. After fulfillment customer contacted with threatening emails demanding a refund which was given on August 14th. Order was delivered to customer 3 days later on August 17th. Now this guy has the product and the money for an order that was expedited while my other loyal customers are patiently waiting for much longer... NOT COOL! USPS tracking #9400111699000965789118

I placed an order on April 14th 2020, I was aware that there was a delay due to COVID for orders being sent out. Estimated times was 8 weeks. It is now July 24th and I have not received my order, what makes it worse, is that I have called and emailed several times with no response what so ever. So far, I'm not sure if this page is a hoax or their customer service just sucks. Im highly frustrated and will probably try to get my refund through my bank. It wouldn't be so bad, if there was any communication. My recommendation - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I just filed a complaint with the BBB because the patches I ordered 3 months ago have still not been made or shipped. My emails do not get answered and when I do reach someone they tell me they will be made "next week". That has been going on for 3 months. This company created a shipping label 18 days after my order was placed yet nothing has been made or shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have emailed several times and never have received a response. I have also called for several months inquiring about my order. I was told my on two occasions my order would be shipped by the Following Monday and expressed ship by the end of the week. I have not received my order. It has been another month and now they will not answer their phones. I can not even get a refund. Do not waste your money or time on this company. With all business hurting during the shut down this one is stealing your money.

Shut Them Down

Purchased a collar with name patch and a leash back on 4/15/2020 and still have not received it as of 6/18/2020. Have spoken to them over the phone a few times only to be lied to about the product shipping out. Was told 4 weeks ago that the product will ship in 2 weeks, then was told 2.5 weeks ago that the product will ship in one week. This business has never answered my emails, and as of 2 weeks ago I think they blocked my phone number because it goes straight to voicemail now and they do not call back. I have contacted the bank to dispute the transaction, which in the end will cost them the sale and a $75 chargeback. The only thing custom about this order was a 1.5" x 4" patch. Ridiculous...
