We ordered a new collar from Bull Run Flag& Embroidery for our 1 year old pittie puppy-he's approximately 70lbs already. He has a big thick neck& a lot of pulling power so we needed something heavy duty. We purchased the 2 inch Personalized Tactical Dog Collar Custom embroidered K9 Collar with USA Flag Camo Thick Service collar for Large Breed Dogs - With Handle. When we first put it on our boy Ike, he wasn't quite sure about but now he absolutely LOVES his collar! The fit is perfect & having the handle is so nice! The removable patches are awesome, you can add your pup's personality to their collars! Love the buckle, nice heavy duty so he won't be able to break it (I was looking for a collar w a heavy duty buckle, there is NO way he will break it!) We are so pleased with this collar, we will be ordering more products! We were also pleased with the turn around time from when I ordered to when we received it (for being a custom order). Love this business is in USA- specifically in West Virginia! Thank you for your products! We will for sure be ordering more for our other fur-babies!

Do not, repeat, DO NOT, order from this company. They will not ship your order. They will run you around until the two month window for your credit card disputes has closed. Waste of time.

About a year ago my 12-year-old daughter at the time was struck by a train. I took my 3-year-old Dogo Argentino "BUBBABEAR "to owe you medical center children's ICU and we both stayed with her for 19 days 24 hours a day until she came out of her coma. The very next day I was separated from BUBBABEAR and couldn't find him anywhere! After for long months I was notified by dream Dogo Network that he had been found 150 mi away from home. I immediately went and got him back! After that I wanted to call her that was strong and good looking to celebrate his homecoming. I contacted Bull run and then listen to my story and immediately expedited my order. It came within 10 days and not only is it a strong well-built caller but it is also really good looking! This is the first order I place and I'm very satisfied, the collar's quality is amazing! I have 1 y.o. Gsd, he is about 110lb and the 2inc collar fits him perfectly! I love the patch with is name and the handle! The only thing that I'd say it's the waiting time, I had to wait around 3 weeks before receiving it in the mail but it's worth it.

Quality work but highly disappointing when there's an issue with their product and they have no comment or direction in fixing the issue. I have reached out numerous times through email and calls. I have heard nothing back. We wanted to support a small business so we went with them and it's unfortunate because I could have went with another company and avoided dealing with this nonsense. Your customers should be top priority and obviously this isn't the case with them. I ordered multiple products from them and can only use one…

Awesome quality, nice and sturdy. The dogs were even excited about them and have been prancing around showing them off. A wait to get them but definitely worth the wait. I was concerned when I wasn't able to see progress on the website but the company was very communicative and kept me updated the whole time. 10 stars for their quality, customer service, and communication. If and when we need new collars we will be back. Will definitely tell our friends!

This is my second purchase as very satisfied with make & quality of dog collar. Purchased for my 6 year old Rottweiler like the handle on side to hold when needed overall looks good on him. Also purchased 2 leashes not pictured. This time around wait time about 6 week turnaround well worth it. Support small businesses. Good Company Glad to Recommend. Will purchase again in future. Absolutely love their products. I bought two harness and two collars, found out the collars I ordered were to big and they were nice enough to exchange them for a different size. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Customer service sucks. Said Covid was causing delays. Requested refund and they never responded back. I recommend you use my experience as a warning not to order from them.
