Now sitting at (2) months without my ordered item. Inquires on order status go without response. Kinda kicking myself in the $#*! - I should have read all the horrible reviews before I ordered. Calling credit card company Monday to dispute charges.

I ordered a collar and leash from these people 3 months ago, have seen them yet cause I am STILL waiting. I contacted them around a month ago and they said it was on its way. A month ago. They posted some bogus shipping link that says it's never even been pucked up from them.
RUN, RUN GO ANYWHERE ELSE! You have been warned.
Oh and can't add photos to this as they request because I have nothing to photograph.

Ordered on March 13.2020. Said it was on its way several times. June 11 2020 and still. No order no response from customer service. No answer from the company by phone. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY CROOKS

I placed my order in March and then April 23rd received emails stating it was being made and would ship out, also stated they would send emails to let me know each step and nothing since. I have called daily and sent emails and not one Single response. Took my money and no product. Don't bother ordering from here.

Customer service rep lies about shipments - still havent received the dog collars I paid for. Phone number has been permanently set to call back during business hours. No response to several emails or phone calls. This place is a total scam.

Ordered one simple patch in February. Have not received it nor have I been able to make contact with them.

I placed an order on March 15th and they said it would take 5 weeks. I still haven't received my order. They sent me an email saying it would be shipped out on May 4th and it would take two days and its still not here. I asked for my money back and they wont answer my emails. DO NOT ODER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I placed my order in February of 2020. Emailed the company on 3/23/20, they told it it had shipped... it had not. Called on 5/1/2020, they told me I'd receive it the following week, I did not. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and will be calling my bank tomorrow morning to dispute the charge. This is ridiculous!

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. Tried calling their phone number and leaving emails no response. I've called over and over and today they answered and then they told me that they are busy with other customers and will call me back. This place is so unprofessional.

Ordered it and never got it. It's been two months and I can't get ahold of anyone. Lots of complaints on the BBB

I ordered a name tag for my vest in January! I emailed them got a responsive it would be shipped out in 7 days! It is now a couple days away from being May and I still have not received my order!
Do not order anything from here!

They will give you the run around but your item will NEVER arrive. Eventually created a shipping label after I complained enough but they still never sent it.

I have been in contact (well, sort of) w/them and they responded that they were going to place my order in the mail on March 23. Nope. It has been months since I ordered from them and they have not completed my order. They have been very difficult to get a response from. DO NOT order from them; you will NOT receive your order.

Ordered patches January 17th 2020, constantly giving the run around still no patches as of April 2nd 2020 filing dispute with credit card company, stay away.

Placed a pretty big order at the beginning of January 2020. It's about to be April and still have received nothing. Emailed them with no response. Do not purchase from here.

I ordered in November of 2019, and received it March of 2020. I had no update that it was on its way... it just randomly showed up.
