I'm starting to think I will not get my order. Ever. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Customer service not even honest when they say it's shipping by end of the week. Which week?
It's been two months since I ordered 2 name tags and still nothing! I've tried to reach out to this company and no response! Never again.
I have literally never written a review in my life, this is my 1st, this company has the worst customer service and turn around time I have ever experienced. I ordered one name tape, one single solitary name tape back in November, here we are in March still no name tape. Spoke to somebody on the phone 4 separate times looking for a status and each time they said that it would be mailed out the following week. Next week shows up, still no name tape. The last 2 times I was promised a refund for my trouble, just spoke to them on the phone no refund and still no name tape! The website reviews are a LIE. Never ever... ever use Bullrun! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
Ordered a dog collar early November 2019. Still haven't received the collar. I've emailed more times than I can count. I've called many times. I've been told every lie imaginable. That the collar will be mailed in 5 days. LIE. That I can track my shipping. LIE. That it will be shipped ASAP. LIE. I could go on and on. I'm now trying to get a refund from my bank. 100% ridiculous and a completely fraudulent company!
I bought a dog collar in november its now feb 14 i e-mailed and was getting fast responses untill christmas i had to call them last week and finally got some one to pick up the phone with apology and promises of a week delivery its now a week later nothing i just might take a trip to va with a nice cort order
This has to be some sort of scam they will take your money and never ship your products. Purchased items in 12/14/2019 and as of today 02/11/2020 have yet to receive a reason or the items.

I also wish that I had found this site before ordering. 2 months since ordering end of year gifts for my team. It's February now so pretty much ruined that gift idea. No response, won't respond to emails. Will be reversing with my credit card company. Stay Away!
Ugh, I'm disgusted. I wish I saw reviews on this site before I placed an order in OCTOBER! I ordered a collar and patch and was charged right away and given a tracking number TWO MONTHS AGO but my order never shipped. I emailed them about it once a month ago, and they promised to get it out the following week. They never sent it. I've emailed multiple times and they're ignoring all my emails. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank.

Order a tag in November 2019. Got shipping tag created on 12/12/19. Sent email and left voice mail on 12/2019 when i still didnt receive tags. After repeatedly calling someone picked up and told me that my order would ship that week. As of 1/6 /20, still do not have tags.
I ordered from Bullrun Flag and they billed my credit card immediately and sent me a tracking number with a promise of delivery within ten days. It has been two month and still have not received my order. Response by email is terrible and they will not answer phone number listed on website no matter what time you call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
After several months passed w/no product found this site, posted my frustration, finally... within three days of that I had my nametags... WTH? It's true... lol
They are a scam company or run by complete morons. They don't fulfill orders and do not respond to emails. They charged my card immediately and then gave me a tracking number yet told me they needed to make the product and could take several weeks. It's been months now and no response from this garbage company. Thank god it was only 14$
From order date to arrival at my door the process took 4.5 weeks for one name tag. Absolutely ridiculous this company is a joke. In that time I ordered another name tag from a different company and it was half the price bc they didn't charge $6 for shipping and I received 4 days after I ordered it. Don't use this company google other companies there are other options!
Waited 9 weeks, still no order. Not sure if the owner is just overwhelmed or a terrible business person. The site says 3-5 week turn around time, so the first thing on the top of their page is a lie.
I got an email saying my order would ship within 7-10 days, it never did. Never answers emails. I was able to get someone on the phone, and they said it would ship next week, but of course that time has come and gone. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Stay far, far away! I redid my order with Northern Safari - Army Navy Wisconsin and had great service.
I should start by saying that I found this company probably a year and a half ago, my mom was looking for name tag for her dog collar... ordered, shipped, perfect... to this day the quality has held up & the patch still looks pretty much new.
SO... we decided that we would order through this coming again. This September, first I placed an order for my mom, then I came home and ordered 3 additional collars for my dogs. After about a month I emailed the response said "we have no orders matching your description or details"... I figured it was a loss cause. A week ago my mom and I both got text messages at random with an "update on our order" so now I had the order number to email BRF a second time.
It's been over two month since both orders were placed, and as of now no response to rectify the issue. I will update if the issue is resolved, but I'm feeling it likely won't. Disappointed this business took a SERIOUS turn for the worst.
I ordered from this company and they said it would arrive by Halloween. It's been over a month and no product. Meanwhile I've been waiting for my money to be returned from another seller for over two months. Life is short, read reviews first.

I place an order for some military patches on August 20th 2019. They were supposed to be shipped within 10 days. I called on September 15th and spoke with a rep who said they would be shipped by the end of that day. I never received the items and they have been unresponsive by email and do not answer their customer telephone number despite multiple calls during their business hours. I think they are scammers as I have since found many complaints on the BBB website about company.
Do not buy from these thieves they will take your money and lie to you he'll take your money and never send your order and if you do happen to get in touch with them they will tell you some BS storythese people shouldn't even be in business I don't even know how they still are
