I've used these folks a few times and never had a problem til 6/23, ordered some signs from them. I received two of the four but the last two would be shipped the next day. I received a tracking number for the second shipment, but it never was shipped. After a couple of days I emailed them to find out were is the order, and about two days later they told me the order never shipped and they don't know what happen and to let them know if I still wanted the order, well that was on a Fri morning and that means the order will not even be processed til at least the following Mon. Which means it wouldn't arrive til the following week sometime - nearly two weeks after I needed them. I just told them to cancel the order and I would go somewhere else and to refund the remaining funds (approx $24 or so). Now this is were it starts to SUCK, ok we'll refund the remaining funds... get ready for this... 20% for me cancelling the order after its been processed... but wait - they lost my order and didn't tell me for at least two days and then tell that I had to notify them IF I still wanted the order. If I didn't want the order I wouldn't have even made the order in the first place you idiots, now its all my fault that the order is lost and I even have to pay them for losing the order in the first place. Well they lost this customer for ever now, and now my new shop get the signs made in three days and they were cheaper and the quality is the same if not better. In short --- STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I wish I could give it like 0 stars. If you don't want to read the whole review, here it is in one word: SCAM!

First of all they do have a lot of false advertisements on their website. I wanted some yard signs and when I google searched it, their website showed up saying $0.97 each sign, when I added 10 signs to the cart, the prices drove up really high.

And later I come to know that it's $0.97/sign only when you order 100 signs. (Then why did you not specify that on the website!) Then they said it would be $2.64/sign if you order anything less than that, and even with that when I add it to the cart, the prices came to more than $100. They also advertise saying ***free shipping on everything on the website***. And they added a $15 shipping cost.

When I called them about it, the customer service agent (Maraio S.) was very rude and actually cut the call on me! NEVER USE THEM! SCAM! FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!

I ordered 4 signs because they tell you get some saving, but never imagined that the signs where single sided when I specifically indicated it was a real estate sign. I called and asked explained this to the agent that attended my call, all he did was to transfer me to another department which was to get rid of me and not having to deal with the complain on the order, which I was very nice about. I am calling and calling and no one is getting on the phone. Stay away from this company

So, my sister is graduating from Basic Training mid november, and one of the big things people do is make banners. All of the "name brand" ones were $70 which I wasn't about to spend, so I came across buildasign and created my own from scratch for $20. Before I ordered it, I searched up the reviews, which in all realness, weren't that great at all. But I figured it was only 20$ so it was worth a shot. So I ordered it on October 29th and it said it would do free next day shipping. After I ordered it, I got an email that said my order was on hold. At that point, I was losing hope. But I did what they said and responded with "Print as is" and sure enough I got a tracking number from ups. It came on the same day scheduled, which was today, and OMG when I tell you I was surprised with the quality. It was clear, the material was in tact and durable, everything looked and felt amazing. I hope someone reads this because the banner I got was 10/10 and I'm soooo glad I ordered from BuildASign. You really can't beat that for that price!

DREADFUL company to do business with. Placed an order under an offer stating it would ship within 24 hours. It didn't. It's actually been several days over the final ship date and I still haven't received my order. This company must not take its business seriously given the low rating it has and the slew of negative comments as to other customer experiences. I wish I would've looked into this company more before placing an order. I will go to the company I used prior, as I had no issues. Steer clear!

I made an order online and waited the 11 days. When it showed up it was an empty envelope. When I called about this, the guy told me that he could have it redone and set to me in another 10 to 14 days. I asked about getting it sooner, I was told that it was going to cost me extra. I asked to cancel the order and return my payment, I was told that I had received the order and that he couldn't give me a refund. I emailed them pictures of the tag that was on the envelope. Shipping weight: 11oz, not my order of 3 car tags. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
