We ordered 100 custom license plates from Mike Murphy, the Senior Strategic Account Manager. Everything started out fine. Once we got the 100 plates in, 51 of them turned out chipped. They were stacked together when they were shipped, which we thought caused the chipping. We asked Mike for a refund for the 51, and he said he would redo them. We recommended they be packaged differently and he said they couldn't change their process because they're such a large company. He redid 51 of them, and 31 of those were still chipped. We asked again for a refund and he wouldn't do it. He said it was up to him to determine if they were usable or not; yet, he didn't see them in person. He only refunded us for 15 of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You'll get poor service and an even worse product. Spend the extra money on a quality product.

At the last minute, just when we urgently expected their order to arrive, they e-mailed us to say they were canceling it due to a "system glitch" with the artwork. I looked on their site and the artwork was there and it was perfect! They were making a BS excuse. I called, and they REFUSED to expedite a replacement order. We were left high and dry without the literature we needed for a vital campaign. Other reviewers have reported similar problems. Go elsewhere.

Received expensive metal holders and NO SIGNs. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Don't waste your money. I called support services and after 3 times, and 2 orders, they did NOT SHIP my signs. It is a waste of your time to deal with these folks!

Second and last order from this company. Once again they missed the delivery date. Don't bother calling the company for information, they are ALL in a team meeting. SERIOUSLY, they have no one to answer the phone, or they just don't want to hear all the customer complaints.

Over the span of many years (10) I ordered license plate signs for for a horse rescue with custom names and backgrounds for each horse which were saved in my account. If the signs got damaged I could simply reorder. My account was erased completely when they changed their system. No warning just gone. They said to give them time and all would be transferred but after 2 years and multiple calls nothing. I spent endless time, money and effort and donated these signs and they could care less about returning customers.

I purchased corrugated lawn signs for my Real Estate business. The signs I chose were supposed to last 2 years. They lasted less than 4 months. Customer service would not refund any of the cost. I suggested I would pay for the cost of the materials and refund the rest to no avail. I will never use them again.

Response from artwork team is absolute trash. Days between responses. Empty promises of expedited orders due to them dragging their feet. Expected times on the site enticing you to use them is simply lies and false advertisement. *******% will never do business with this company ever again and wouldnt suggest you use them either. If you have weeks and weeks to wait, maybe but with so many other viable options out there offering the same service, Id recommend giving anyone else a shot as this company is more concerned about reeling you in with false expectations and delay after delay.

Turns out EXPEDITED shipping is UPS GROUND!

"Typically" Buildasign does well, but over 1 month to receive items and worse we sell commercial and residential real estate...$900,000 property sitting without FOR SALE banner... &CSR wouldn't discount

This company would not correct their mistake on my order. Customer service keeps hanging up on me and tell me I have to re-order and pay AGAIN. Why would I want a car decal that is the size of piece of candy?!

We ordered bumper stickers and magnets for company vehicles and trailers. The bumper stickers came out fine, with good color, but the magnets were terrible quality and two were damaged. They were burry, dull colored, and had pixilated bleeding around the logo and the text.

We immediately contacted the company, and heard back the same day. We have simply asked for a refund on the magnets since the bumper stickers are usable. A week later we have yet to have the situation resolved. We do not recommend this company for business related products.

What a terrible product and terrible customer service! The first PVC sign I was sent did not even last through the shipping phase and turned up with an entire corner snapped off. I had ordered a 36 x 24 PVC commercial sign. They sent out a replacement which lasted only 3 days. There was a small rainstorm and the sign could not withstand that. The entire sign snapped in half. AFTER 3 DAYS! I reached out and asked if they could make me a sign on material that would last beyond 3 days and they said they were unable to provide that quality. I asked for a refund and they only offered a partial refund. This debacle went on for about 6 weeks. My business needs a sign out front and I have lost customers due to patiently waiting for BuildASign to resolve the situation. They failed to do so. Seriously, do not waste your time and money - they deliver a poorly made product that does not represent their guarantees on their website and trying to get your monies back is impossible. I hope my experience will save other consumers from the same headaches I had to deal with.

The license plate is good quality. The image is sharp. Customer service was professional, friendly, and helpful. Will use this company again and highly recommend!

This was the easiest way to order a sign. It was quick, easy to use and the price was way less then local sign companies.

Sent the wrong sign I talked to a lady and we agreed on the sign but was sent the wrong one it was supposed to have a white background
