This website can be a little tricky to navigate, but they have always delivered exactly what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time and for FAR less than any comparable website.

We always come back to Budget Pet Care for our dog's flea & heart worm prevention. Can't beat the price and our vet really likes the product.

Several years ago I had an issue with not receiving my order, but I received instead someone else's order. The customer service representatives were extremely helpful and we were able to resolve the issue! The outcome was that both parties did finally receive our proper packages, and one was to a service member overseas! I was reimbursed for the shipping to the correct individual and I couldn't speak highly enough of the customer service associates at this company!

Happy with the product and pricing. Was unaware of the origin of shipment and thought it would come sooner and tracking would be better. However, I am still happy with the service and will continue to order from Budget Pet Care. Now I know to expect longer shipping time and it's all good.

Mobile orders are NOT easy to place on a mobile phone. It took 11 tries to get our entire $300 order to go through. Y'all need to update this functionality or we won't be back... and we have 5 pets to care for.

This is my second order, but the first experience I had with ordering was good. Shipping was quick! They even included a sample of pet toothpaste which was a nice bonus.

The best value for price I have found. These do not have the American packaging so it looks different, but it's the same product

I'm just happy I have an alternative to going to see a Vet to get this. Sometimes times are tight and you don't need to pay more.

I am so glad I purchased bravecto and other products from budget petcare, I was worried it was too good of a deal at first but I decided it was worth the risk and have been very satisfied with my purchase. Not only did I get the the flea items for a better deal than anywhere else online, I also saved on the "prescription" fees it would have cost me to purchase in the US. The items arrived in an expected manner of 10 to 14 days and the bravecto was certified to be authentic and worked great. Thank you.

Prompt emails and great product. Im from the USA and was skeptical of purchasing online for products that we require a vet checkup to purchase. Exact product with no hassle or extra vet costs.

Prices beat any other I've found! Shipments are a tad on the slow side (understandably) so plan ahead.

But watch Autoship items. If you lose your beloved pet, you could still end up with meds you no longer need.

It was quick, easy and painless to accomplish on this website. Only issue is it takes a little time for delivery. However, it is worth the wait for the cost.

My last order was dated 3/5/25. I received the wrong weight tablets for my dog medicine lately. I wanted the large size you carry and I got the next size down.
Plus I ordered 2 equine gel horse wormer and I only got one.
The order came with a note saying, "please be informed, if you received 1part of your order, either we split your order in 2 parts with 2 tracking number or we will refund for those you didn't receive."
Neither of those things happened.
The horse wormer was $20.89 and the dog medicine was for the medicine sized dog and I ordered the one for the large dogs.
I had to make do as I reached out to you with the number on the website but got no response.

I've been ordered from budget pet care site for a few years now and have found it easy and convenient to place orders, price seems reasonable.

I have had great experience thus far. The only thing I would recommend is to have the shipment tracked. The US postal office is not "up to speed" since the competition with other postal carrier are becoming more eminent.
