Ordered tick/flea and heartworm meds for my 2 gsd's. They need to be given every month. To be sure that they would be received on time, ordered them with 2 month buffer. 2 months came and went, and no communication. Upon calling, "Oh, so sorry, they are back ordered". Given that these items are time sensitive, any company with any semblance of customer service would have given a heads up. Particularly given today's ease of communication, email, text, etc. Nope. Nada. Why the hell go to the trouble of getting customer contact info? Just lost a customer.

For the past couple of years, I have been pet shopping online. It is because it's much easier and a lot less stressful than having to stand in long queues. For an old man like me, I find it hard to stand in long lines just for pet supplies. Luckily, I found this online store. Their products are reasonably priced and the qualities of the products are superb. In fact, the quality is superior to the ones I used to purchase from the store downtown. People must give online pet shopping a try!

I ordered some Frontline for my dog. It took for forever to get. Finally received it yesterday in the mean time my dog passed away so I was trying to return for a credit since I no longer needed it. Yesterday I talked to Shane who said would e-mail me the address to return item. It was never sent. Today I called again this time James told me I could send it back but shipping back was very costly. He said it would cost about $40 to 50.00 to send back to the United Kingdom. I thought I was ordering here in the U.S. Never again will I order from this company!

Never really liked the idea of online shopping because of the delivery time. Most of these online shopping sites have a minimum of 10 to 14 business days, which is pretty huge. The other day though, I tried giving online shopping a go. I ordered products from this pet store for my dog. You won't believe, I received my order inside 7 days. I was really impressed. Since that day, I have been doing my pet shopping from here. It's easy and much more comfortable.

My wife gifted me a pup on our first wedding anniversary last year. Now I have become a regular customer and would suggest anyone new to pet healthcare pay a visit here because their products are really effective yet budget-friendly.

I have been buying Advantage and Capstar for a few years. I've received wonderful service and am very happy with the prices. The capstar is for my 5 rescue cats that are a bit wild. I just wrap them in a pill masker and they think it is a treat. Really keeps them flea-free. The Advantage is for our German Shepherd and will start getting him Advantage Multi next time we need flea medicine for him. This is a great place to buy supplies for dogs and cats. If it takes a little longer to get the product, believe me, it is worth it. I just plan in advance. My two daughters are also ordering from Budget Pet Care. I will continue to buy from them.

People compare cheapness with being inferior in quality but the truth is, not everything that is cheap, is of poor quality. For instance, this pet care site! The products they sell are super cheap and affordable and at the same time, the quality is incredibly good. And I say this after only using some of the products on my dogs. It has helped my pal immensely and I don't see any reason why I shouldn't continue shopping from here. Price and quality, both are good. It's a win-win situation for me.

I have been a regular customer of this budgetpetcare site and have been highly satisfied with their customer services. About a month back I had ordered Frontline Plus for Dogs but they mistakenly sent me Frontline Plus for Cats. I was fuming with rage and contacted customer care right away. They told me to calm down and requested me to give them a couple of days to process the whole situation. After two days they contacted me saying that my request had been processed and that they will send me Frontline Plus for dogs within 10 days. It arrived after about 8 days and I thanked them for their prompt and smooth service. I did feel bad for being a bit rude with them.

I had used a couple of products which I bought from this site when I had a pup. Mostly, all of them were pretty good. There was this product called essential 6 which I found highly effective. For those 2-3 months when I used this product on my dog, her hair had actually turned silky and her growth had also increased. I would say I was lucky to have found this site where I got such a cool product for my dog. Had he lived more, I would have definitely continued purchasing this product for the rest of my life. I think these people are doing a great job by providing quality products at such affordable prices. I couldn't find the product this cheap on any other website.

I have noticed a lot of people complaining but only a handful will go out of their way and heap praise on a particular product selling website. I am one of those handfuls who actually praise something which deserves it. One such website is Budget Pet Care which sells pet care products.In my opinion, they are a complete website as they are not only very informative but navigability is top notch as well. Apart from that, their packaging is really good and the best part their products are really cheap and they have been working wonders on my kitties.

Purchased a year's supply from them and it became obvious it wasn't doing the job. Thought it was site selling expired medication only to find out they sell counterfeit products - checked the EPA # and its on the list of counterfeit products that vendors are required to stop selling. Asked for refund and hope they'll honor it. I continue to be spammed by them despite unsubscribe from their mailing list and now get spammed by their sister companies Canada Pet Care and Budget Vet Care. Avoid at all costs.

I had ordered Frontline Plus from this site. I wonder how I havent figured this site until last month. This is such an affordable pet site. I had checked prices of frontline plus on other sites too but these guys are giving the best offers on all their products. The product, the quality and the delivery was all fine. The stuff I ordered performed well on my dog and he is now free of external parasites. I am quite impressed with this site given my previous experience with other pet sites. Hope they continue to offer such exciting discounts on their products.
