I highly recommend staying away from this company. I experienced a devastating case of fraud (in short, they could not provide the services they sold me and didn't reimburse me. I had to cancel a trip and still pay for it). This was a horrible, degrading, and painfully expensive experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst client help desk, never use this company, you will just have problems, what you will be able to solve, with your own money. At first they promised to send me an email with a detailed explanation of why my reservation was suddenly canceled in 3-4 hours, no one sent anything of course, again I had to go inside via chat and ask what my request was for, it's my own fault that you didn't show up for the first flight, the airline canceled your flight., it's your own fault that you didn't read the policy, we won't give you anything, cool answer. It is convenient to act innocent, but to receive a commission for it and not bear any responsibility

We had no issues with the airline, we got a good price paid and booked. Coming back from our holiday we took the wrong covid test and needed to redo a test, and rebook our flight. It took some time to get hold of them, but they changed our flight ( we did have to pay in as it was our fault, but still got a better price than the actual airline) i would use them again!

My wife and I bought one-way tickets from Chicago to Chiangmai, Thailand on 9.5.22 for $580 per child (5 & 7) and $724 per adult - e-tickets # ************** and Booking Number KBUSW-******* for a total of $2,608.60 USD + $10 USD servicing fee. On November 7th, we were notified that our November 19th international flight to Thailand was cancelled and no alternate flight arrangements were made. We received no phone call, and we have yet to be reimbursed for the expense. I called Korean Airlines, and they said that those flights were no longer available; however, they have a policy that would allow for alternate travel to be booked free of charge with Korean Airlines +/- 7 days of the original scheduled departure; however, since Budgetair.com filed a reimbursement on 11.10.22 without authorization from us or contacting us, we have effectively waived our right to reschedule our flight at the original cost of our airline purchase on 9.5.22. If you're reading this review, it's likely to late to warn you, and you have likely also fallen prey to this fraudulent scam. Budget air should be avoided at all cost. We had to rebook our travel, and it cost us $10,000 to book travel to Thailand on 11.12.22. We are absolutely disgusted.

FRAUD ALERT! I can prove with mails, chat, bank transactions (money of 1000+ pounds completely drained) that these are very clever frauds. They will make a few tickets work and swindle the rest thereby making it look like they are actually a genuine company.
Few examples:
1. They will book flights with airlines that do not have a flight operating on that date with between those cities. And they will say please wait till the last date to confirm.
2. They take extra money for guaranteed cancellation/change and refund. When you want to cancel or change the ticket they will blatantly say that because of the airlines they will not refund anything.
3. The airline reference number they provide is a fake. Having spoken to the airline themselves, they say they are helpless because of such brokers inbetween doing the fraudulent activities.
I lost more than a 1000 pounds and couldnt take my flight, be careful and AVOID AVOID AVOID for your own good.

Also be careful - they will respond as if they are extremely professional and that the fault it elsewhere. Dont fall for it.

I contracted COVID and provided all requested medical documents as to why I could not make my flights. 10 months later and I still never received the full refund I was promised. BudgetAir advised they had forwarded my case to the airline, when I contacted the airline, I was advised that they had received no such documentation or update from BudgetAir.

BudgetAir has no intention to ever process the almost $1K USD refund I am owed despite policy advising that all positive COVID results would be provided with a full refund.

They close their contact number during busy periods, only offering an email address that provides generic responses. They will take your money but hold no accountability for when it comes to returning refunds, communicating with airlines or operating in a fair and ethical way. I know of other people who have also experienced this with BudgetAir.

Avoid booking with this company AT ALL COSTS.

I tried to purchase a ticket through Expedia and was routed to BudgetAir's website. The ticket I bought there was not what I thought it was - it had very long layovers (over 10 hours). I tried to cancel it immediately.
The phone number posted on the site is not valid. The Facebook page for the company is not valid. You can only deal with them through an automated chatbot.
I tried to cancel through the chat and received the message that since I was canceling the day of purchase, I would not be charged for the ticket, only the change ticket fee of 55 Euros - which I consider to be the price for foolishly trusting their website.
Instead, my credit card bill comes back with the full charges. Now it is ten days later and the chat tells me that the "void" period for immediate refund is over. I must wait 4 months for a refund.
Why should I trust a promise to refund 4 months from now when the company failed to cancel the ticket upon request?
This company should not be in business, in other words, someone needs to put them out of business.

Extremely poor customer service. Bought a ticket online with them. Airline cancelled flights. Was eligible for full refund and they deducted $ 49.8 from refund claiming thats for non refundable 'air help plus'. Which was never signed up at the time of purchase. I bought ticket's for Brazil i and my friend for going on 28/10/2022 but on the middle the September I went the emergency of the hospital with covid 19, because I was vomiting too much they done MRI scan and CT Scan and found out I have brain tumour, and the doctor's advice us for cancellation the flights because iam not able to do operation straight away because I had so severe covid19 inst safe to do straight operation after, cover, starting the nightmare with budgetair putting us through with this Chubb insurance not answering any phone call, emails, voicemails all their numbers going straight after voicemails more the 2 weeks many's time's a day's we tried contacting this Chubb insurance, we paid £274.34 for Chubb travel insurance offered on their budgetair.air.com package more tickets insurance in case I needed cancellation or changed not existing £119.98 the total we paid between tickets insurance, Chubb travel insurance and tickets £1731. 58 and the bugdgetair we talked just with robots called travis they doing the question but when we wrote there's nothing going through, we wrote on the paper took photos and downloaded there's irs disgusting theirs costumer service the away they doings property for scammers peoples money's and this budgetair works with parternship with this Chubb travel insurance had made louds peoples looses their money looking us, the budget air i opened cases on 04/10/2022 till now nobody called us or sent, emails, I said for them imagined we me and my friend was abroad's happen something nobody can't contacting boths off them the budgetair cancellation we tickets all the insurance we had with them they worked with the worst travelling insurance on the world just for scammers peoples reading their reviews Chubb travelling insurance and budgetair 1.2 louds peoples had loose theirs moments, this moment so difficult of my life dealing with this disgusting nightmare company, how the government leaving some company looking that's scammers peoples everyday, avoiding please and helping for nobody else to be the same position like us, boths off them not deserve 0.0000 are disgusting and breaking all the laws for selling thing's and not answering any phones, emails, voicemails, on-line form and the only things we had talked with robots called them just be ignored hows exactly when you dealing with scammers already they tooked £1731, 58 their scammers times, all the insurance we paid for scammers the offer on their tickets packages they cancellation we tickets without on penny, where's the peoples can helping peoples like us and another's already had looses their money's, please

We booked flights at £4,000 for my daughters wedding.
They kept changing the flights.
The only option they gave us was accept or cancel and pay a fee.
They eventually said Singapore Airlines had cancelled the flights saying we would get a refund in 8 to 10 weeks.
Singapore Airlines confirmed the flights weren't cancelled but were now full.
Most flights are full have doubled in price.
There should be a law against this kind of scam

Absolute scumbag site. Once my checkin was available I found out they had booked me for ENTIRELY THE WRONG DEPARTURE CITY! There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM, ONLY A CHATBOT! UNBELIEVABLE! HAD TO BOOK ENTIRELY NEW FLIGHTS THREE DAYS BEFORE THANKGIVING! No f***ing idean if i will ever see any money back. Under no circumstances use this piece of garbage.

When i requested a refund I was told it'd take 1 week to process but 3 weeks late still no refund. When i followed up I was told the hold up was with Emirates who i phoned and confirmed that everything was lcear on their side and refund should be processed by Budget Air. I need to buy alternative tickets and don; t know what to do now as I; m not getting the assistance I need.

BudgetAir gladly took my money, but refused to refund when flights were CANCELLED. 3 international tickets paid for and never received back, waiting for 3 years. Absolute scam of a "company" - rather book flights directly through airlines.
