They charge a hefty amount for cancellation. $320 for Airlines cancellation fee and $100 for administration fee. The Airlines cancellation fee is what they loot here. The airlines I booked tickets actually did not charge any fee for cancellations upto 1 hour from departure.(updated COVID-19 Policy). These people ask for evidence of this as an email from the airlines which is not possible to get. They increase your stress levels and finally cheat you. No way you can get any refunds from them. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I purchased my tickets through this site via Skyscanner. My flight was canceled, but I never received my refund for the ticket. When I called the airline, they said the funds had already been sent to a card that was not mine, and not the card I used to purchase the tickets. Now they are avoiding my emails and they do not have a customer service phone number.

If you need a refund, you'll never get it with this company. Just spend the extra few dollars and book direct.

I purchased tickets with kayak from this site I received a email that my purchase was declined. A week later I was charged and my credit card was compromised with purchases in other states.

Purchased ticket with seat reservation. Upon checking we get seats somewhere in the back in the middle.
When checking with the airline itself they never received any reservation and I did receve confirmation from Budgetair. Now 100 euros down the drain and no support, feedback, help, apology whatsoever

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are a scam. I purchased a flight for $800 which was canceled. I have entitled a refund but they will not provide it to me - it's been almost four months, and hundreds of emails later and I still have not received it. They keep saying "We've forwarded your request to our refunds team" - and nothing is happening. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

The airline has changed the flight, obviously did not fit my needs. Airbudget would not refund me the outbound flight, but ask me to select a different flight according to their own schedule. Their customer support is not available.

Terrible customer service and inflexibility in policies despite airline offering COVID exceptions. Hefty fees for changes and cancellations. Conflicting information shared between reps and delays in updates. Should have just bought directly with airline to save the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and do not trust this company.

This is a scam. DONOT PURCHASE TICKET FROM THEM. They don't have phone number to contact once your flight is confirmed.

Stay away from budget air I purchased a ticket using my own credit card and canceled my flight they took the money out of my account but used their own card to purchase my ticket it took them forever to send me my confirmation number. The flight was canceled they money went back to their card and don't want to refund me my money. I called my bank to put a claim the bank contacted them they don't answer. I called they told me to call my bank to cancel the dispute and get a charge back withdrawal letter and email it to them and they will refund me the money and I called my bank and explained it to them I'm told to not cancel the dispute because If I do and send the letter to them they will never refund me the money it's a scam stay away from buying from budget air. The first time I called them the lady on the phone told me it will take 45-60 days to get a refund. They disconnected the phone on your face. The got my money. And I asked for a manager she told me they don't have a manger what company don't have a supervisor or manager it's like a running scam company they have an accent hard to understand them.

In January 2020, I booked flights to go to Sri Lanka in March 2020 through BudgetAir.co.uk. Sadly, due to the pandemic, my trip was cancelled. I refused the voucher I was offered and I'm still waiting to get my money back. After MORE THAN 1 YEAR, their excuse is that they are still waiting for the airline (Qatar Airways) to process the refund. But, THEY ARE LYING because I called the airline and they say that all the refund requests are processed within 20 working days. Well, I've been waiting for more than 262 working days and counting…
These people (BudgetAir.co.uk) have no morals or ethics, and when I try to contact them I only get one template email saying that I have to keep waiting. I think it's unreasonable to wait more than 1 year (who knows how much longer it'll be), but I truly believe that they don't want to give me my money back.

Obviously, it was a big mistake booking with BudgetAir.co.uk, instead of doing it directly with the airline. So, I only can advise other people to not make the same mistake.

A year ago they cancelled my flight (well Emirates did) and they still haven't requested a refund for me.

So I took 2 hours specifically to write a review for this company. God gave me a lesson by choosing BudgetAir to never save a few bucks while selecting flights via Google Flights. So I book the flights and later got some change in the plans.
1) They don't have customer care any on the website and want you to mail them.
2) Got a reply after 1 day with super high cancellation charges.
I get customer care no in the mail and then I finally call them. Guess what talked to three reps and each one quoting different charges(some doing it for free if done now, some reducing price to 50$ and some charging 100$) for cancellation. This is where I smell something fishy.

I would never book a flight using an agent and especially BogusAir.com. Save yourself from their trap.

My one way flight was cancelled back in June-2020 due to Covid19. They've been sending me copy&paste replies without a way to approach someone in person (via phone) and not refunding my money back. Stay away.

THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT THE COMPANY IS FRAUD. LET'S TALK ABOUT WHAT LEGAL ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN? AND WHY HASNT PEOPLE STOOD UP AGAINST THIS COMPANY WHEN IT HAS SCAMMED 1000S OF PEOPLE?

They are not processing my refund and blaming airlines for it. They are cheat fraud and totally unreliable. I would suggest everyone don't fall in the trap and buy tickets from a trusted and reliable website

The company is total bullcrap I been waiting two months for a refund... I keep getting automated email saying due to corona virus it's taking longer total scam they are dirty thiefs do not I repeat do not book with them

The Airlines with whom the ticket was made has refunded the complete amount in BudgetAir's account for cancellation made against the ticket booked but it has been more than 50 days wherein BudgetAir has initiated refund. The airlines have have provided a written piece of evidence on being reportedly contacting BudgetAir, who ignores to respond.

I have been waiting for my refund from BudgetAir since Feb. 2020. I have gotten a template response each time I have contacted them that they are waiting to get the refund from the airline (AirCanada). After waiting a long time, they told me I can only get a travel voucher which I cannot use in my country. I am so disappointed, I have lost a lot of money because of this. They told me to contact the airline, when I contact the airline they tell me to go back to the agent. Frustrating!

Avoid. Sold and paid for a business class ticket and received an economy ticket. No response from so called Customer service. Lesson learned.
