I ordered a pair of pearl earrings on a Sunday via a facebook page. I was impressed with the prompt contact made to me confirming the order and the very short time frame for delivery - four days later.

Recently bought a pendant on line, communications was first rate from the moment the transaction was completed and the piece was delivered very quickly, was very happy with the follow up and service and of course the product was excellent. I then recommended them to my daughters and they also purchased a pendant for a 50th present and also had the same good service and experience.

The jewelry I bought was for my wife who was very happy with the surprise. What I purchased online was exactly what was received and turned up in a timely manner. Will deal with again

I was extremely pleased with the prompt delivery, a little disappointed though with the actual gold inserts, I found it really hard to push through my ear peircings, the insterts were too thick. After many attempts I finally managed it, but now have sore ears! BUT... I am persevering and stil wearing them!

Received order in 5 days. Picked up after Chemo treatment went to post office and sent to my daughter in NSW. Did not even open. She received them today and absolutely loves them. Thank you very much.

Ordered a gift box and a tax receipt, but did not receive it, despite emailing them twice. The safety clips were of two different colors and had to be sent again.

It is always difficult to choose something on line because sizes are difficult to see but they are very nice. I will check on site for bigger ones at some stage 15mm. I was very surprised at how quick that they arrived from Broome it was quicker than the mail from here to Melbourne. I would have hesitation at recommending your service. Thankyou.

I was a little disappointed with the ring. The metal is very soft and thin at the bottom. Its already bent out of shape after wearing it on day 1.

I was able to see all and find all. One I was interested in, I left too late and was all sold out. I thank you for your catalogue.
