Total scam keep well away. Dress poor copy of pictures on site. Ignore emails for refunds. Based in China not U. K. Avoid at all costs and tell everyone to do likewise.

Complete scam of a webpage. I was unsure about this page but seen a dress i would like for my engagement party & paid via credit card to cover myself! Dress came doesnt look as it appears on their webpage so i emailed asked for returns details when i was asked to send pictures snd what the fault was. I just did not like the dress and wanted a refund and it states on their page they will refund if unhappy! My emails are now being egnored as they will not provide me details dont know how they can take that kind of money from people & expect to get away with it. I will now be going through my credit card and see what the next step of action i need to take. Will never use a webpage like this again! Scam
Despite advertising that they offer full refunds to customers if they are unhappy with their purchases, this is not the case! The day I received the dress I informed them of my dislike of their cheap Chinamade copy of the beautiful dress on their website that I bought. They have also not provided me with a return address despite my repeated requests for one. This website is anything but British and you should not trust them. They also tell you to get any tailoring alterations done yourself locally and they claim they will 'refund' you your costs- this will also be a lie- do not be taken in by them or their. co.uk website! They are thieves!
I had some shipping delays but the customer service was wonderful. I was not under a tight deadline so I had time to wait for my dress but I could see where someone would get stressed by any shipping delay. I love this dress and can not wait to wear it! Love the dress, very nice. Britishdress is now my new favourite shopping online place.
I was not sure what to expect with the dress but it looked so cute for my daughter that I decided I would order it. The quality of the dress is excellent. It has a built in bra which is perfect and the color was better than it looked on line. Thank you so much for making this dress for my daughter! Fit is also perfect!
