Sorry to say but they will not give you a return of address or a refund I have been on to them so many times and they offer 8% went to 15% still no refund dress was a load of rubbish

Sorry to say you may have been ripped off.
They are Chinese and deliberately misleading people into thinking they're British, and because they are not, you have no legal rights to a refund.
Basically they are dishonest, and have received SO many bad reviews and complaints

They are nowhere near Britain!
Probably Chinese or maybe Hong Kong.
They are using other (reputable) manufacturers' photos and applying their logo, then producing (probably very inferior) copies.
If they were a reputable company why would they masquerade as British? Why are they trying to deceive people in this way?
