How to return dress which is too small? (despite ordering 2 sizes above usual size) I demand a full refund How can we stop this company trading?

Sorry to say you may have been ripped off.
They are Chinese and deliberately misleading people into thinking they're British, and because they are not, you have no legal rights to a refund.
Basically they are dishonest, and have received SO many bad reviews and complaints
