I placed order for prom dress from www.britishdress.co.uk on 2017-06-10 19:20:44.
And asked them to deliver the dress on 22/06/2017 as the school prom event is taken place on 27/06/2017. The Payment has been taken out of my account but I have received delivery up till now

I've sent several messages/emails to inform them that we have not received the delivery but yet no reply. Also tried to login to my account on their website but cannot because it doesn't accept the password.

I've tried other wholesale sites, but hands down, I had never received such great product than from Britishdress! I purchased lots of fashion dresses and they came in great! My product is literally flying off the shelves and I keep coming back to order more! Miley is amazing and extremely helpful. A really big thank you to all concerned.

We have been having the same issues and last email was
"Thanks for your e-mail. We are sorry about that. As you know when we made the dress we paid for material fee, labor cost and other fees, so we cann't offer you a full refund. We asked our manager again and he said we can offer you 8% of the dress as refund or remake a now one for you and both you don't need to ship back the original dress."
What a load of crap. Their return policy is basically a lie. Ive now emailed Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and will also contact our credit card company about a refund as I believe you are protected. However that doesn't stop this company from getting away with it.

The dress I ordered was awful, the quality of the beading looked like it been done by a 2 year old and they will not let me return it!

Last email I received was offering an 8% refund.

They do have a returns policy which they have not adhered to.

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and as I am not a standard size I submitted my measurements for the dress to be made at an additional cost.
When it arrived I was horrified by the poor standard of finish - the lining hem had never seen an iron and was completely uneven.
The dress had been cut 2 inches small on every measurement except length!
I asked for a refund and was offered 7 per cent, obviously I said no and was then offered 10 per cent. Again I said no. I have asked for a call on two separate occasions and have offered to return the dress to the company if they provide prepaid postage. I have had no response.
I am consulting the Trading Standards for advice on how to proceed- I have spent £123 on this and can't afford to throw money away

I have never been so annoyed with a company, apsalutly disgusting, I've sent so many emails and I've been left and ignored, they rip you off, and when the item is faulty they offer you a measly refund which has took weeks and weeks and weeks of me complaining and emailing, I think I've sent over 20 emails, please don't buy anything from here because you will be very disappointed, I don't know how the company is alowed to carry on, the communication from British dress is $#*!, Lisa fletcher, I selected the rating a 1 only because there wasn't a 0.

Shocking company, My daughter chose a Prom dress from what seemed a UK company, this is so far from the truth The dress that arrived was clearly a copy of another company's dress. The colour was nothing like the image, and instead of matching sequins we were provided with silver sequins on a dark pink dress. No hope of refund, polite replies offering 7% that we will never see. Just hope that you see the reviews before ordering from this deceptive website. Please just search google for any image before buying it was an eye opener to how many companies are offering to tailor make this dress for naive buyers like us.
