I was using the free program to see all the feature and I was surprise how easy it was to use.
I've been looking for a WP theme that can do all the same functionality and its darn impossible - very excited to be using this platform and look forward to launch day.
I was looking for a solution years ago for a membership site and it was a pain
So I put it on the back burner
Now I thought i would see what available now and when I found Brilliant Directories It was great news a great solution with many extras I did not expect. Also Kelvin Vaughan was very helpful with all my questions. Being able to speak to him enabled helped me to confirm this system will help me launch a new business.

Customer service has been amazing helping me weigh the pro's an cons of this software. I have another site I used wordpress and it took forever and I am still having to keep it up to date and error free. With Brilliant Directories I am able to spend more time where it counts and getting the site online has been a breeze so far. I am able to spend more time with my family and not worry about 20+ plugins and keeping them all up to date and error free which is a full time job in itself. For this one reason alone I bought the Full Lifetime License! Thank you Brilliant Directory!

Brilliant Directories appears to be very professional and offers good value for money but to be honest I haven't had the chance to use the software yet, although the response I've had from the customer services team has been very good so far.
Hopefully the software will prove to be simple to use for somebody like me who has never tried to design a website before.
It looks like this will work amazingly well for me. I think there are so many options that it can appear overwhelming but there are a lot of helpful, easy videos.
I have just purchased the software. I had so many questions and confusions but Denise has always replied my queries instantly and called me on many occasions to answer my questions. He has been calm, clear and supportive. Great Purchase experience.
NOTE: I have not started using the directory yet, but I am sure I will have a great experience without any major issues.

I purchased the directory to build a local directory in Vancouver poor neigbhour hood to help show that it has business and life to share. I loved the fact that Brilliant looks just that Brilliant and to me that is what my community needs... something to show it off in a fresh, brillant manner. I think BD will do that. As well the lanaguage feature is big considering the multi cultural nature of the hood. Ive been looking around for a directory website for a while. The built in features are close to exactly what I needed. The great thing about Brilliant Directories, is its easy to customise.
Its built by a company who owns directory sites, so they have tested things that help convert more free members to paying members.
I just bought this software. As a former web designer and builder, I know what it takes to put one of these systems together. I can do it, but I choose not too, and why would you when it is here for you? Looking forward to launch!

Any time I want to say that I want to say that the features that allowed me to choose brilliantines are the instrument board, the ability to offer multiple services to a single member, the possibility to offer several price levels, and marketing tools.
I hope that the assistance in particular configuration and daily monitoring will live up to my expectations
