I haven't got my site up and running yet, however the resources and help available is very impressive. Although I felt in some parts the sales rep was trying to make his quota (came across quite annoyed & short answered if I had to delay purchasing for personal reasons). This made me really hesitant to pursue this as I was nervous about the quality of support I would receive once I pay.
Still yet to fully experience it but at the moment I am taking my time reading all their advice and tutorials. Overall it looks very easy to use and good value for money!
I've been speaking with Dennis Tinerino at Brilliant Directories for quite some time and just purchased my first license. So far so good, everything's been great, and Dennis has been super-responsive. Can't wait to get started!

As of yesterday, we needed a directory site platform that is fast to build, stable and customisable. Brilliant Directories covers those requirements. Time saved. We also love the notion of professionally managed hosting and the support framework offered ( and attested to by so many positive reviews).
All site builders go through, whether pro or newbie, the process of evaluating which platform & theme will work best for them and their clients. If not a repeated setup - it becomes time consuming, costly and often - frustrating.
We have yet to build and deliver a site that doesn't reward our clients many times in excess of its creation and delivery costs. We fully expect this platform to save us time - likely 20+ hours of high value labour - and - get us to market up to 3 weeks earlier, bringing forward 3 weeks of income. It starts at a premium cost, but the value offered in us deploying a site using Brilliant Directories is a "no-brainer" as it pays for itself quickly.
At this stage we can only highly recommend Brilliant Directories as a worthwhile option in B2B setup and a good value proposition. For individuals wanting to monetise their site - which is why a directory is built... avoid the many learnings, frustrations and pitfalls of wordpress (or other content management systems) and go with Brilliant Directories.

I haven't started setting up my website yet, but the service has been great so far. The resources are seemingly limitless and I've been receiving relatively quick responses from Kelvin. I hope to have the same feelings from BD moving forward as I am looking forward to working with them and building my startup business website. I was looking for directory software. I came across Brilliant Directories. I am a novice on building my own site. This is everything and more than what I was looking for. Brilliant Directories is a wonderful company. I am looking to start my own local directory and the guy I talked to was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. I have been searching for a directory/membership website for about 6 months now. Over the last few weeks I have been in contact with Brilliant Directories asking questions. They have been very responsive. I just purchased this website and I am in the onboarding phase and up til this point everything has been pretty smooth. However, the first time I sent a ticket I got a message that they were experiencing a high volume and it may take a while to get back to me. I think it only took them a couple hours though. I would like to thank Brilliant Designs for everything they have done and I look forward to a long relationship with them.
