I was looking for an ering. First thing I did was to look for a diamond I wanted. I looked at many other websites, but there was many choices to choose from. Then I searched for brilliance.com and I had found a diamond that I was looking for. They also were able to customize my ring in the way that I wanted which was great. It took some time to have the ring done, but it was all worth it at the end. Their customer service is excellent. I was able get through the whole process without hassle. I would really recommend brilliance.com

Searching for an engagement ring is a HUGE deal! I have always been skeptical of purchasing expensive items online - however, Brilliance.com has totally changed my mind. Not only was I able to get a ring designed from scratch, I was able to get it under budget. Combine a custom ring, great quality, great price, unbeatable customer service, and I'll give 5+ stars all day long. Make sure to ask for Anthony Cappola - He's a no nonsense guy who will get you what you need. I'll definitely be coming back.

I purchased 4 princess diamonds lately from Brilliance. Mr. Anthony Cappola was a great customer service person. I requested to see the picture of that 4 princess diamonds cut, he then sent them to me right way. Then called and asked him for the GIA reports (each of them), he then sent them to me the next day. I kept asking him questions ( more than 8 phone calls) he always explain to me patiently. Finally he shipped me 4 beautiful princess diamonds with great quality. I am very happy. Thank a lot for your helps mr. Anthony Cappola, I will contact you for my next order.

I will be the first to admit, I was extremely hesitant about ordering loose diamonds online. The thought of not getting to actually see what I was purchasing had me cautious. However, after doing a little research, I settled on a GIA Certified - H color - IF loose diamond to be set in an engagement ring. Brilliance prices beat local markups by at least $1,000.00. The service was fantastic, because I was a little hesitant Anthony provided me with pictures and video of the exact diamond, GIA report, etc. all before I actually purchased the diamond. Upon receipt of the diamond, I verified it independently at a local jeweler and it was exactly what I ordered, and appraised accordingly. The process was very enjoyable, and I plan on doing business in the future.

Brilliance has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. My fiance bought just my engagement ring without the diamond through Brilliance. I wanted to purchase the matching band. After doing some research and finding a cheaper band elsewhere, I figured i'd contact customer service on their website. I was matched with Jennifer C. She had all the specs. And told me how they two rings differed. A couple days later she emailed me asking if I needed any additional assistance. I was sold! Not only are the rings absolutely beautiful and solid, the customer care is phenomenal! I would recommend Brilliance to everyone!

Thank you so much for working with my fiance to make such a beautiful ring. I love it so much! I love all of the detail on the band and how you created the texture making it look so interesting and intricate. My fiancé told me that he actually wanted to have diamonds on the band, but that the designer talked him out of it - we are both so happy with that decision! Great to have a designers eye :) I'm also very happy with the height, I know My fiancé didn't want it to sit too high knowing me and my preferences and it sits just perfectly. I know Nick was going for modern estate and you really nailed it! We'll be reaching out on the wedding band and I can't wait to see what you come up with!

I have to admit that I was very nervous making an online purchase for a diamond but Chris Strader help to ease my fears and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. My diamond arrived within 2 days in an incredible amount of packaging! I felt like I was opening a box inside of a box, etc etc etc! When I first saw the diamond I was like "Wow" it was everything he described it to be. Absolutely gorgeous. I also promptly received an appraisal that I requested the same day. Very pleased with this purchase and would buy again.

I had a custom engagement ring made through brilliance.com, and had a very positive experience. I was initially leery of making such a large purchase online without actually feeling the product in my hands first, but a friend had recommended it, their pricing was good, and the custom design process was very easy. I had a specific date that I needed the ring by, and Anthony worked with me to make sure that I had a quality ring by the time that I needed it. My (now) fiance absolutely loves it, so I couldn't be more pleased!

Recap of my custom design process: I simply sent in some pictures and a few descriptions of changes I wanted to the ring. We went through a few iterations of me seeing a Brilliance.com rendering, me asking Anthony for specific tweaks, Anthony relaying my requests to a designer, the designer sending me a new rendering within about 2 days, and repeating. There was a bit of a miscommunication at one point where I don't think that my intentions and/or the designer's limitations were clearly communicated, and I think that me getting on the phone to speak directly with the designer likely would have brought more clarity sooner, but an understanding was eventually reached. Ultimately, I had to adjust my original vision a bit in order to reach a design that the brilliance.com designer said was feasible, but after we did reach a final design and I put the rest of my money down, I had a beautiful ring in my hands 2 weeks later.

Brilliance is the best- truly! I have used them 2 times in the last 3 years, and each time they have been professional, price-competitive, and the diamonds have been beautiful. I took advantage of their trade in option and they made the process super easy. Plus, I wanted a unique stone, and Anthony Cappola worked with me to find exactly what I wanted- even though it wasn't yet listed on their site! I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a diamond!
