I purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from Brilliance. They were very helpful in educating me on diamonds and certification, and found quite a bit of options. I was please with the first experience.
For the wedding band... READ THE FINE PRINT for returns. It's a 30 day money back guarantee from the day you ORDER the band, not from when it was received. It took 18 days of my 30 day period to even receive the ring to realize it's too small. I'm VERY lucky I called when I did, else I could have been SOL. I'm actually writing this review so that they will honor the coupon code from my order I am returning. Whamp wah. I suppose they would rather have people read about my so-so experience rather than just crediting the 50 bucks. Oh well. Great prices/selection regardless!

Anthony was attentive and prompt in responding to inquiries as we picked out a Emerald cut diamond and Platinum setting. They sent the GIA certificate via email so we could review it, along with photos and a video of the diamond we had selected. It was appraised locally for close to the amount of the appraisal included with the ring, which confirmed we got a GREAT deal from Brilliance.
Anthony also rushed processing so that it would arrive before we traveled out of town.
Most importantly we love the ring! Will definitely be looking at wedding bands, and other jewelry from Brilliance.

I did a custom engagement ring and they made the process very easy. The staff were great with getting me educated on the three c's! The custom was a gamble because well, your going on a rendering, and it rendered the now wife speechless. She also gets plenty of compliments on it, and I get a lil ego boost each time because she's tells them I designed it (well kinda I sent a few pictures of ideas and they made it happen) and all are impressed. Any way great place for quality GIA certified diamonds at a price real people can afford. So yeah, don't be dim and go with Brilliance!

My fiancé wanted a heart shaped solitaire engagement ring, which is impossible to find in jewelry stores in this part of the country. She wanted an oval stone and a setting that didnt stick way up off her finger. IN stores all I could find were rings way out of my price range. I used Brilliance and got the perfect ring for significantly less then it would have cost me in a retail store. Best part was I chose my setting and my diamond individually and both were perfect. At first I was skeptical about buying an engagement ring online, but I had a family member recommend me and thought I would give it a try... and I am so glad that I did! Filtering through diamonds was easy and I was able to make it fit my budget. The Sales Reps were extremely helpful and honest in their evaluation of the products. Had a very sour of the moment idea for an amazing proposal, the only problem was I needed a custom ring and needed it under 4 weeks. Well I contacted brilliance and they had it to me in under 3. A beautiful custom made ring at a value I couldn't have found anywhere else (I looked and no one compares) brilliance has allowed me to have the perfect proposal. I can't say thank you enough. Let me start by saying I am an avid online shopper. I have had am amazon account since they day they were in business and I read reviews before I buy almost everything from water, pens and shoe sizes before I commit to a purchase. I am the kind of person that will utilize any intelligence that I can to avoid mishap with my purchase. This is obviously the smartest way to buy anything because it minimizes the majority of this risk and allows to to be comfortable with your purchase before it even hits the door. If you are like me then you must read this review.

I have done an excess amount of online and in store research prior to making my engagement ring purchase. This is something that is a must when purchasing such a high value item, that is not only expensive but is an icon her friends and the world will salivate over.

I went will Brilliance because: Obviously the price. Brilliance is significantly less expensive than any other online diamond shop (yes cheaper than BN!). This was most important to me however, what I discovered next that no online research or forums will tell you is the value and customer service that Brilliance provides is absolutely amazing.

They are a family owned business with an actual store front. They actually see your diamond before they ship it out to you and they have their own Competent STAFF personnel that work on your jewelry. They are skilled trade professionals. If the diamond business had a union these guys would be in it. There is more to Jewelry than just the 4 c's and these guys incorporate that into their work. They have over 30 years in the trade and they pass that kind of craftsmanship down to you. You can call in and talk to COMPETENT customer service and you are actually talking to people who live and work in the USA. They arranged for me to pick up my ring at a secure FedEx location so that I didn't ruin the surprise and I was able to not have to be home to sign for it.
When I got my ring It came in very nice presentable gift box and inside that box I received: The ring inside an smaller high quality ring flip box (the cushioned box the diamond sits in that you flip open to propose), a small cleaning cloth, the certificate (mine was GIA) in a protective laminated covering so that the paper will not age and the IMPORTANT officially embossed appraisal document (you will need this to insure the ring).

They answered all my questions and the look, color, sparkle of the diamond has surpassed what I thought it would be! I can not thank you enough I hope others will get to utilize this kind of craftsmanship!

Superb in every step of the process. From the research aspect of the diamond that I wanted, to finally actually ordering my STUNNING diamond! I had many e-mails to and from Anthony. (Almost a month's worth!) He ALWAYS answered every question VERY promptly. I saw photos and video on my diamond, and received Anthony's expert advice. All of which made me very confident of my purchase. EXCELLENT diamond and EXCELLENT service!

Like anyone else I was very skeptical to give someone 1000s of dollars over the phone, but I couldn't be happier with the choice. Anthony was excellent at fielding every one of my questions and being patient with my skepticism throughout the process. Originally I wished to only purchase the stone through Brilliance, but Anthony explained to me that he could make a copy of any ring I wanted and that he would send me drawings/computer designs for approval before making them. He then found a FedEx location near me to send the ring to so my girlfriend wouldn't open it by accident. Overall I am very happy with how things went and even happier with how the ring turned out. Would definitely recommend to anybody searching for the perfect ring.
