The plants arrived healthy and thrived after planting

We've ordered from here multiple times. So far everything has been delivered looking healthy and size we expected. We ordered butterfly bushes recently (5 from here and 3 from another site). The 5 from Brighter Blooms are looking full and healthier than the other site. They were all supposed to be the same size, but the Brighter Blooms ones are growing faster and fuller.

My red dogwood tree arrived as expected about three weeks ago. It had been pruned prior to shipping. I let it sit in the shade for a few days before planting and kept it watered. After planting the tree isn't doing great. There aren't many leaves and they as starting to look moldy. I emailed Brighterblooms.com and my email bounced back.

Easy to order, fairly quick shipping. The trees arrived in good shape packed in one box. One didn't look great but is doing good now. The other looked great but went downhill. It looks to be recovering and has a new shoot next to it.

Ordering process was easy, and plant came soon after order and was very healthy looking and has done great since planting.

I ordered them for Tuesday delivery for a Friday event and the timing was perfect. Gorgeous huge pink peonies and lasted a week!

Delivery was great! However the white knock outs were very abused. Almost dead. The red ones weren't as bad. I was able to save them. Growth rate will be somewhat slower on the white ones.

Plant arrived in good shape but not long after planting began to quickly die. Pretty disappointed.

The delivery took longer than expected. No fault of this nursery. Fed Ex just took WAY longer than normal. I was getting very concerned how my Glenn Mango trees would arrive. They were packaged in such a way that the plant, soil, everything stayed moist and protected and looked suprisingly very well and healthy! It traveled from East coast to West coast and took about 12 days, I think, before it arrived! I'm impressed!

It was easy arrived within a few days and was packed perfectly. There were a few broken branches on my Crepe Myrtle but it was so healthy and green. Very Satisfied. Was skeptical at first but once I received it was perfect. Thank you!

My i got my lilac bush it was in perfect condition. I unpacked and put outside, then planted a day later and it is doing great. Great experience with this website. This is the third or forth order i have placed with them and never had any issues.

I ordered the rainier cherry tree plant after much deliberation. When the plant arrived, it had rust/brown spots on its leaves and the leaves were all drooping. I watered the plant and waited a few days but it did not improve. I contacted the company and they refunded me for my order. However, I'm somewhat disappointed because I really wanted to plant the cherry tree this year and they are out of stock now.

The plants arrived healthy said they were 1 gallon, I would say 2 quart size. Extremely disappointed. Customer service did give me a discount, and was very professional, only reason I gave a 2 star. I will not recommend this company nor will I make another purchase.

Easy to order. Still hoping the tree starts to look like it is taking root as all previous leaves have died off.
