Out of the six we ordered three look like dead weeds I sent pics on a email an still haven't heard back

Shopping was very good. Delivery was horrible. Not sure if my plants are going to survive.

Am satisfied with order. Plants arrived timely and in good condition.

The tree just seems so skinny and fragile at 6 ft tall and about as thick as my thumb, I worry that it may not survive a strong storm. The tree arrived in good shape and was easy to plant. Two weeks in, it appears to be growing well.

I used the chat function to try and ask a question about the time of year my fruit trees are supposed to bloom and when the average harvest time is. The person I chatted with took a very long time to respond and I had to phrase my question multiple ways to get what I wanted instead of a generic 1-2 years.

Ordered 3 yellow knock out riose bushes, received them but one is sick looking. Called and was told to email a picture and I did. Have not received any further response from brighter blooms. I figure they will send me another rose bush. Nothing yet!

All 3 plants came quickly, they looked healthy. I got them in the ground the very next day and they are doing great. It has been almost 3 weeks, I have been water consistently and they look great.

Fast delivery. Pineapple was a lot smaller than expected and I doubted it would survive but it's perked up and is thriving.

Everything has gone very well and we are pleased with our Redbud Flamethrower. It is planted and growing quickly. Very colorful.

Ordering was easy. I received my tree in good condition. It was packed well. Came with instructions for planting. It's planted and doing well I think. I will do another review next year.
