I ordered a Black Knight Butterfly Bush, Chicago Hardy Fig Tree, and a Zephirine Drouhin Climbing Rose. All came quickly and packed well, however, the Butterfly Bush was very dry with many dead leaves and seemed like it might not make it. There was also a After planting, I am seeing some small new leaves growing, but I am still concerned about its future. Hopefully it pulls through! The other two plants are doing well and seem healthy.
Tree arrived, tall, well shaped, looked healthy with leaves. However it slowly deteriated in spite of proper planting and care. In the end, all the brown leaves fell off. It never took off with new growth. Contacts BrighterBlooms and after a few contacts and sending pictures, the tree was replaced. This tree is doing very well- leaves remained green and new growth is coming in, Thank you BrighterBlooms for standing behind your products.
Of the two trees i bought the avocado died but they replaced it and i'm waiting to see if it survives. The dwarf banana seems to be doing well in the same spot as the avocado
We ordered two vines because we could but find this variety in our local nurseries. The plants arrived on time and in good condition but they are just a bit smaller than I hoped. We've planted and put on drip. No growth yet but they are still alive.
All of the items I ordered came in excellant healthy condition, and are already thriving with proper care.
The wood of the sweetheart cherry tree sprout is still standing after a couple of month, though all the leaves withered and turned brown due to the summer heat. We found out that the best time to plant them is winter or spring, I believe. Planning to use the warranty, hopefully. Thanks for the great delivery service though.
It was easy to order the product and the product arrived on time based on the shipping expectations. I am concerned about the product that was delivered as it was already struggling when it was removed from the shipping box. The concern is there is only a 30 day return policy. The tree was planted and we are following all guidelines for planting, but know it may take time for the tree to thrive. 30 days does not seem like a fair amount of time for a return policy. Even in your brochure, it states that expect the products to look ill, but then to thrive.

Ordering was pretty easy. When the plant arrived, was disappointed to see on the invoice that my fruit cocktail tree only had two varieties. I was hoping for at least three. Plant was looking rough. It has been in the ground for a couple of weeks. One branch lost all of its leaves and still does not have any new growth.
Good so far. I cannot give a final rating or review at this time because the oak leaf hydrangea was indoor condition and was not planted. Brighter blooms is scheduled to send a replacement in early fall. The weeping cherry is doing ok for now just planted two weeks ago, too soon to tell.

My three trees came packaged great. They all looked good on arrival. I planted them as instructed but the avocado tree lost all his leaves and not looks so good.
