Ordered my plant and 1.5 weeks later still hadn't received contact, which already did not align with the expedient shipping they boast online. Emailed for a refund (because they DONT take calls) and 2 days after emailing, received a notification that my plant had shipped and I couldn't receive a refund because my plant had shipped. Again, the order of events: purchase1.5 weeks no contactrequest for refund2 days no contactshipment confirmation & rejected request because my plant shipped. They cheated me and they'll do the same to you.
The tree had broken dormancy and shipped from zone 8 to zone 6 where night time temperatures are still below 32 degrees. The tree must have been exposed to freezing temperatures in transit and arrived with damaged leaves - freeze dried and limp. I brought the tree indoors in hopes of reviving it to no avail. I send 2 emails and finally received a response that said "Both of these trees should be moved outdoors immediately. They're both very hardy for your zone. We're in zone 8 so our plants/trees leave dormancy before the ones in your area will. Do not worry about these two trees being shipped to your with foliage on them. They're perfectly safe to plant in your zone right now." No they are not, yes if they had been shipped in the dormant state but I cannot put them outside, our last frost is at the end of May - plus as I write this review it is snowing. I responded to Laura's email asking about the guarantee policy - it's been over a week with no response. Not a reputable company - save your money & shop elsewhere.
Easy and fast, and we love our little Red Dragon Maple! Prices are fair and delivery was easy to track and came across the country in 4 days.

The 2 crepe myrtle trees I ordered were tiny. I expected more robust trees for what I paid. The leaves had spots all over them, evidence of bugs. The trees and the crysanthimum "bush" (a pathetic think itself) were so dry when they arrived, I doubt any foliage will survive.
Easy peasy! Arrived in couple days, as advertised. Ordered the optional starter pack of starter soil and root boost, all in one box - very convenient having all the ingredients at the ready rather than run additional errands, etc. Planted the tree and it perked right up after a good drink through the leaves and root soak.
Arrived today in great shape and we immediately put it in the yard to get sun before we plant it permanently. Always a pleasure with BrighterBlooms!

Zero customer service. I bought 3 trees and only 1 is growing. When I reached out to them 40 days after my purchase. They weren't ready to help in any way. I wouldn't buy from them again.
Don't waste your time or money purchased an Avocado tree couple of weeks back for my wife's birthday. At the urging of the CSR, bought the biggest, most mature tree they offered to ensure we'd enjoy at least the short term experience of a beautiful house plant for a few months. For $120, we received a 4 foot stick, with 3 branches, and a half dozen leaves, all bunched on one side the kind of plant any decent nursery would just throw away. When I contacted Brighter Blooms through their "contact us" link, the response we got a few days later from Shawn G. At Fastgrowingtrees.com was "Give it time. It's a young tree. Feel free to call us". But no phone number. When I started reading all their negative feedback from others buyers, I knew I'd been had. Learn from this.
Bought a tiny catawba crape myrtle in June. Shipping was excellent. Planted it per instructions. For some reason this plant took off and now it is full of blooms. Unbelievable! Kudos to Brighter Blooms.
