They sent a twig and I paid extra for a tall tree they have terrible customer service and when I told them to take it back and send what i ordered they refused. Very unhappy won't be buying from this company again. They can keep their discount!
The deliveries were all late, which was understandable due to Covid. However, my delivered fig tree appeared as a stick in dirt, contrary to the pictures which showed a small tree with numerous leaves, so we won't really know the health of the tree for 5-6 months likely.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Brighter Blooms. The plant was large and full. It was very well packaged to provide not only protection from the elements, but also protection from damage in transit. I couldn't be happier!
My plant was a bit shriveled upon arrival, so I gave it tender loving care and hoped-for the best, but it didn't make it, it has continued to drop it's leaves and die. Other plants of mine are thriving so it's just this one that isn't.

Ok, trees were less than I expected. I can make good. Citrus Trees I have bought before at Home Depot or Lowes were very full, many branches compared to the size and price I received. I paid less for better. Price was better than others seen online though.
I ordered a 7ft American Sycamore tree as a gift for my wife at Christmas. It arrived much sooner than expected and in great condition. We were able to plant it on a warmer day here in Central Kansas. Looking forward to watching it grow.
