The first tree had the top broken off but the new tree is intact. Can't wait to see it flourish!
Plants were poorly packaged for shipment.
Potted plants were packaged laying on their side in a box poorly labeled "Lay Flat", but UPS shipped them standing on end. As a result, one of the two planters arrived empty of soil, with both plants covered in same. A HUGE mess, and this was a replacement order!
The first time I ordered the shipment was was packaged exactly the same. The only difference was that only one plant was shipped, even though I ordered and paid for two. I explained the situation to a phone representative, including the packaging problem. The representative agreed to send me the missing plant and to also send a replacement for the damaged plant. The second shipment arrived in the same condition as the first.
Also, the plants were damaged because there was no insulation against the freezing temperatures encountered during shipment. All the plants younger growth and a significant amount of their mature growth was damaged (killed) by the cold temperature.
Staff is very supportive and friendly when placing an order with them. I ordered a lemon tree last year and it's giving me four nice lemons this year. I was a little surprised at the length of time to ripen lemons. Hopefully my clementine will do as well.
Banana trees were all delivered, but the leaves are all crushed, bent and broken

I ordered 2 Myers lemon trees. 4-5' and 3-4'. Both were packed in the same box with bamboo sticks to support each tree. However, if you place both trees in the same box with root balls on opposite ends. It doesn't matter how you label it to be "stacked" one of the trees will have it's soil turned upside down.
Got tree in good condition with planting instructions planted it keeping fingers crossed it will grow and be picking fruit in the next couple of years
My plant arrived healthy and in great condition... and, it's growing beautifully.
The plant was damaged. Many of the fronds were broken and now are yellowing, I am very disappointed
I was alittle nervous about receiving my trees from a box but to my delight, the trees were in excellent shape! Nice and healthy. Then to, I have planted the trees and they are adjusting very well. I am now a loyal customer.

This tree looked newly transplanted. Height as ordered. Slight, and expected, leaf damage upon arrival. Delivered to Wisconsin in late November without an issue! Well packaged. Actively growing tree.
As with all new plants, have an insecticidal soap on hand. It looked okay on arrival but later had some tiny white leaf bugs.

When i received it was almost dead, I called them they told me this is from transportation wait for a week it will be ok. Now pass 15 days no life in the tree, i call them again, they told me now wait for one month more! The dead tree will alive again!
They are cheating me, and considering me as stupid, to belive what is dead will get life again.
I asked them to return back my money, but no answer
