Positive experiences often highlighted effective communication and satisfactory replacements for damaged items. However, concerns emerged regarding shipping delays, inconsistent product condition upon arrival, and warranty limitations, which led to frustration for some customers. Overall, while the company demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, addressing shipping reliability and product consistency could enhance the overall customer experience.

I received my plants in a timely manner. They were big and healthy and well-packaged. I promptly unboxed and watered them until I could put them in the ground. They are planted now and getting new growth. Very happy with my purchase.
Do not buy from this company, seriously! My plant was absolutely destroyed and deformed from an obvious and long term mealy bug infestation.
Never delivered my order, no one answers the phone. It has been in transit for a month. May not be alive by the time it arrives. Should have taken the insurance. I hope they make good on the name
I bought two yellow knockout rose trees. With shipping they were $211. When they came all the leaves were yellow and falling off. I called and was assured it was the stress of shipping and they would be fine. They did have a few flowers. I had them professionally planted/mulched. Fast forward to not even one year later and they are completely dead. No growth on them at all. I live in Northwest Indiana. I would have been better off going to my local grocery store which sells these full flowering for about $35 if they are only going to last one season
I wish i had read the reviews before buying. I ordered a hydrangea tree. It took a long time to ship it finally shipped after over 3 weeks. It arrived upside down a skinny dry wilted limp tree. I watered it and planted it on day 1. Day 2 the tree is not doing good it is still dry wilted and almost dead. The tree is overpriced and not worth the price. Save your money and buy else where, I wasted my money on this.
Received order today 6/28/2020. When ordering the merlot redbud, it stated the tree would be in a drop n grow burlap bag. Instead I received a bare root tree with a 1/2 diameter root severed at approximately 8 inches long with a few hair roots and no dirt attached. It is apparent that the tree was dug and placed bare root in a 5 gallon pot of loose dirt just a few days ago prior to shipment. Upon opening the pot, the dirt fell apart. When ordering the merlot, the description stated the following: the merlot will arrive with a deep well developed root system. You gotta be kidding. There is hardly no root at all. Today is 92 degrees hot and humid, just planted and from the looks, this tree will never make it. So to set the record straight, I pay 119.99 dollars for a bare root tree that is supposed to be in a drop n grow bag with a well developed root system. I did not receive the tree that was described for the cost I paid for. This tree bare root is not worth 119.99. Be prepared for a replacement or refund.
HORRIBLE. I paid $80 each for 2 gardenia bushes that were advertised as the rare and difficult to find Four Seasons gardenias. Their photo and description fit the cultivar. I ordered them to fill in some empty spots in a row I already have. As soon as I opened the package, I KNEW that these were not Four Seasons gardenias. Everything about them (blooms, growth habit, leaves) was different. I contacted them for a full refund to return the bushes. They didn't even deny that what they sent is NOT Four Seasons gardenias, and they offered a 15% return for me to keep the plants which I DID NOT WANT. I know for a fact that this was no mistake on their part because I received the same plants from them last year (they died by spring). Experts confirmed that these bushes are in fact gardenia Veitchii which is easy to find and common. They'd be worth maybe $40 each. After emailing with them several times, I decided to go to American Express to get my money back. After they reviewed my evidence, AMEX returned all of my money including shipping. THIS IS A SCAM they are running. They know full well that these are NOT Four Seasons gardenias for which they are charging a ridiculous premium for!
Everything came packaged very nicely. All plants were alive, many with budding flowers. Will recommend to others!
Order came 2 days late and plants were very dry, packaged poorly with bags of potting soil mixed inside the boxes that shifted causing damage to the trees and shrubs.
The sizes of product delivered was much smaller than we ordered. The product did not support the price that we paid. It was a very expensive order that deserved more attention and better product.
As they are no longer taking phone calls, we have to communicate via email that requires a 2-4 day response.
We will not recommend this company.
I received the dogwood on Saturday 5/30 and planted upon delivery within 1 hour. Now the leaves and plant seem to be dying (drying up) and it has not even been one week. I have a photo (taken today) and would like a complete refund as this is the second plant that is not surviving. Totally totally disappointed again. No more Dogwoods.
The Korean Dogwood was delivered in excellent condition - doing very well
Love my trees. Packaged perfectly. Wil order again very soon
Everything was kind of stacked on top of each other so there was a couple things that were squished and bent over and then my fiddle leaf tree one big leaf was broken and there was some brown spots and dirt on the leaves but that was fine, just the way that all of them came on top of each other they were a little rough looking.
Lime tree is great and doing well in the Texas sunshine and Heat
They need the following to improve customer service
No communication from company. Would have liked to have known that my order was on Backorder. Prior to them processing a Fed X label. This kept giving me false delivery information
I had to contact 2 weeks after order to find out what was the delay and was told they had to order Lime Tree from outside sources
Thank you for carrying this Lilac Tree! I have been looking for one locally for years to no avail! My grandmother had one when I was growing up and always had fond memories! Cant wait until this baby blooms!
Was pleasantly surprised with the prompt delivery and how beautiful the 3 gallon Carolina jessamine plants were that I received! They were in great shape and I can't wait to watch them grow and fill my trellis with yellow flowers!
When we opened the box the main stem was bent and broken. It looked almost as if it were too tall for the box and was bent to fit. Unfortunately the top of the main stem was broken as well as 2-3 branches. The rest of the tree seemed to appear in good condition.
The plant was a little shaken up when I unwrapped it from its box. The soil was displaced from the pot. I'm not super thrilled about that. However, the tree seems to be doing okay; I planted it immediately after I received it through the mail.
Received my plants and they are beautiful. They arrived intact and On time.
