The trees arrive on time and intact, but their overall form leaves a lot to be desired. One had branches that were U-shaped, starting on one side of the tree, crossing the trunk, and ending on the other. The other had a zigzag trunk, as it had been alternately pruned on one side and the other so aggressively that it looks more like a lightning bolt. My belief is that this stock would be unsalable if it was in a nursery where you could inspect the stock in person.

Ordered 8 carpet rose trees to line the riding arena, pasture-side. The trees came as described and in the photo, with leaves and roses!

Within 2wks, they are growing new shiny, red leaves like crazy (mid-Sept, GA).

2 of 8 never arrived, but BrighterBlooms had replacements delivered within 48hrs.

This company reached out to me, to satisfy an unhappy customer. Replaced the almost dead tree with a new tree.

At first, I thought they had gotten my order wrong because only one box, smaller than I thought necessary for one, much less two trees and tree kits arrived. However, the trees and tree kits were packaged perfectly and the trees were healthy and beautiful. Now, a month out, I'm getting my first blossoms! I purchased Calamondin trees earlier this summer and have trees loaded with tiny fruit!

Arrived on time. Seems to be in good shape. Little more expensive than I had hoped. A few days later after receiving tree, I went to a nursery in town that actually carried the tree variety. It was about $60 cheaper at the store. But still I'm glad BrighterBlooms offered this tree and others that are not carried at my local nursery.
