Flowering plants

The product came in a box and it was took a while for it to get here and it wasn't in good shape and it still isn't there are planted in the ground so we'll see what else what happens

Baby Blue

Had three Baby Blue Spruce delivered. One was losing needles upon delivery day. We waited until we were sure it had died before letting Brighter Blooms know. We talked on the phone and sent pictures of its final days. Brighter Blooms agreed and sent us a replacement with a very healthy Baby Blue. Very cooperative and friendly company to do business with.

Nice and Healthy tree

Package came in partially damaged. Plant was very healthy. Tip of the plant was folded down to fit in the package which caused the plant to crack on one side, but I don't think that's a problem at all. So far plant is doing well. I am satisfied with service. Will definitely buy plants from you again.

All the leaves fell off

The tree arrived in great condition but within a week all but 5 leaves fell off the tree. It would just be nice to have had some sort of notice saying this is possible and the tree isn't dead so I didn't freak out. Customer support assured me it's okay.

Poor Quality

Two orders of the same plants have arrived either damaged beyond saving or with chewed up leaves looking like they are on their last legs. Brighter Blooms did refund the charges, but I won't order from them again.

Wrong place

They took good care of me for a dead tree but I was charged a good(high) price for the help. I was happy until they sent the tree to the wrong address. I had the initial tree sent to my house but requested the replacement tree be sent somewhere else. We were out of town and upon return found a pretty dried out tree on our porch.

I had a tree die and without hesitation it was promptly replaced. Not only that, I couldn't tell which of the two trees had died so they replaced both. A very lovely experience.
