Product showed up almost 2.5 weeks after ordering. The box look like it had been kicked and stepped on.
The two shrubs (payed close to 60$) were worth about 10$ TOTAL and I doubt I will ever order from y'all again

First item shipped was damaged. Brighterblooms remedy the situation quickly and send a replacement that made the recipient (this was a gifted item) very pleased.

The tree I ordered was large and heathy. Everything I've ordered from Brightersblooms has been good quality. I highly recommend this company for ordering shrubs, trees and flowers.

This purchase was to replace an old order since each of the the plants died.

Instead of the company sending me a replacement to previous purchase, they had to refund the purchase then I had to reorder.

This second order arrived better but the plants still looked stressed. Some dirt spilled all over the box and the avocado top also broke. I'm not sure if this will affect the growth of the avocado. I'll wait and see.

The freeze Texas got this past winter is the worst I've seen in fifty years. I lost several trees and many smaller plants. I plan to slowly replant a few of these and add a couple additional varieties. I ran across Brighter Blooms on the internet and placed a small order. So far everything I've gotten arrived quickly, was in great shape and was ready for planting. Very, very healthy plants. I'm very pleased.

Ordering and receiving trees from Brighter Blooms was a snap. The tree came protected by a specially designed box and was delivered by a premium carrier. With the included instructions, I knew exactly what to do...

I had a lemon tree and it died as an infant. I expected a much more mature tree to work with. I got a five foot tall tree with 14 leaves and no branches. I don't think it should have cost me 149$

The shipper didn't notice the lay flat instructions. The box was placed on end when delivered. Some of the branches were broken.
We will see how they do, but for now they look great.

I received the tree on time and packaged well. There were already 2 blooms on the tree! Very happy with this company.

Well my order came 2 days after the eta and all the dirt/soil was out of the plants and all over the box, my small bush looked like it had better days! Anyway I plant them both and they seem to be doing ok so far

I was looking for a ficus tree and was not having any luck. Searching online I came across Brighter Blooms. I found the ficus tree and then found a Combo Deal with the ficus and a swiss cheese plant. I had to call because the site did not specify the sizes of the plants. What a great deal!
