Plants were less than perfect

I recieved 2 Crepe Myrtle that multiple limbs were broken and they just didn't look very good. For the price of these I expected way better. They sent out 2 replacements which was to be expected due to the poor condition of the originals.

Beautiful Hydrangea Tree

Ordered two Hydrangea trees. One came beautiful the other damaged but was quickly replaced by BrighterBlooms. Now planted, one in my yard and one in the neighbors yard. We'll see how they do through the winter.

Speedy delivery

We received our new Yoshi cherry tree two days after ordering. Green leaves and the soil was protected. Only downside is that the trunk of the tree is very thin so it can't not support itself at all, we even had to get additional supports until it's thick enough to not be in danger of breaking.

Thin plants, looks like sticks stuck in soil, they ended up sending two more but they were just as bad, if you touched any part of them they would just fall off, the little amount that is left appears to be in shock

We ordered, and received our plant in the middle of the hot summer LasVegas heat. Our package was delayed 4 days sitting in a FedEx substation, somewhere in the middle states. When we received our tree, the leaves had all fallen off... so we quickly planted it in a much bigger pot, and put it out side, and it is starting to sprout out new leafy growth! It I'd definitely a strong and sturdy peach tree!
