Tree looks dead, only a few leaves and the root ball is extremely small. Took 8 days to get to us. We planted it but not sure it will make it.
The first tree I ordered and it was shipped to me there wasn't a single leaf on it it was completely dead so I called and got a second tree since it came in today imagine that it had leaves all over the entire tree thank you

The trees box was opened (everything for the order was there, but 3 major limbs were broken off! We are hoping the tree did survive, but we were disappointed in the condition of the shipping box and tree when it did arrive!

My overall experience was positive. Sadly my tree did not do well in traveling. BrighterBlooms was and still is very supportive. They told me to wait a few weeks to see if it rejuvenates itself.

Our delivery came late and the trees we had ordered paid the price. They looked pretty dry and unhappy upon arrival. Had some broken branches. We did not complain because although it will take some time, the trees will recover and we were aware there were no more in stock. I do not necessarily believe that your company could have done anything differently with shipping times running late across the country.

My autumn cherry tree arrived very healthy, and, without any issues. I cannot wait to see it grow.
Plants are shipped in pots or with a burlap wrapped root ball, in dirt and then also with plastic bags around the pots/burlap. The packaging is sturdy and stapled and plants arrive in great condition!
